I love eating out with my family here. The food is delicious and so its desert which is my favorite part of the meal. The staff is super friendly and the service is excellent. I recommend the Rib eye steak sooo goood.

Took my husband here for his birthday had the eggroll sampler given to us burnt and it had to be changed over three times the manager noticed the flaw and apologize. I’m in disbelief over a $200 bill and a lack of Lack of food service is unacceptable

I only visited because others in my party wanted eat here. I tried to keep it simple because I ate here before and was not impressed. I had the Peruvian chicken bowl. It was basic. The chicken did not have much seasoning. There was a huge mound of rice but not enough food to go with it. The plantains were delicious. I did not have cheesecake because I think the price for a small slice is absolutely ridiculous! The rest of my party seemed to enjoy their food. The service was fantastic. Our server was working for hard. The atmosphere was odd. Why did you turn out light at 5 pm leaving it difficult to see. It’s not really a romantic spot when tables are right on top of each other. With that Manny people and daylight saving maybe leave the lights on. My friend tripped over a sign.

Service was one of the worst. Drinks took awhile to come to us. Waitress was nowhere to be found all night and never checked on our table. The food wait was VERY long and we did not order anything over the top. We are usually pretty easy going but it really put a damper on our dining experience with the three kids. Finally when our meal came, it was brought out in segments. Two people got their food then 5 minutes later then another 5 minutes for the other two. Very odd. Also having steaming hot plates seem to be a way to mask the fact that the food was just sitting there because we all had cold food. It was unfortunate. While my husband and I enjoyed our drinks, we couldn’t even get another because our server was missing. I am very reluctant to come back as a family as it really became a chore towards the end trying to find our waitress.

The food was a disaster. The cucumber salad smelled so weird it could’ve cleared a room. The carrots tasted like nothing at all, the cauliflower was sad and soggy, and the pasta had zero salt like they forgot it exists. Then the nachos showed up with enough salt to season the ocean. Honestly, the pictures looked way tastier than what we actually got. Big letdown, I won’t be rushing back.

Honestly, the service was good. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and one of the better parts of the visit.
We came in around 8 PM on a Wednesday night and were seated promptly in a booth in the bar area, which was not busy at all. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere and getting a booth right away.
That said, I do not understand why it took so long for the food to come out when the restaurant really was not that busy.
Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. The bread arrived stale, there was no brown bread, and we were never asked if we wanted a refill.
We ordered the fried mac and cheese balls. They had decent flavor, but they were lukewarm and came with barely any marinara sauce. Not nearly as good as I remembered.
The Korean cauliflower tasted good, but most of the pieces were tiny and completely drenched in sauce. It quickly became overwhelming, and we did not finish it.
My partner ordered the Chicken Madeira and said it was just okay.
I had the Thai lettuce wraps, which were probably the biggest letdown. They did not taste fresh. The wraps were made with large chunks of cabbage instead of crisp lettuce, the cilantro was wilted, and the chicken was full of gristle. Overall, not enjoyable.
I used to come here years ago and remember the food being much better. Sadly, it feels like the quality has really gone downhill.
Overall, the experience was mixed. Service was good, but the food quality and wait time did not live up to expectations. Probably would not come back.

Despite the extensive ten-page menu, they lacked basic options such as chicken fingers and cheesesteaks, which my teenager had been eagerly craving. He settled for the closest alternative, yet when it arrived, it was disappointingly burnt and unappetizing. My own meal was no better; it was hard, dry, and difficult to enjoy. One person in our party opted for the shepherd’s pie, which he initially praised, but soon after indulging in it, he found himself dealing with stomach troubles and spent a considerable amount of time in the restroom.
The service left much to be desired, as it took over thirty minutes to replace a plate that, upon first glance, should never have left the kitchen at all. The highlight of the evening was the dessert; the cheesecake was nothing short of delicious, rich and creamy with a perfect crust. On a brighter note, the manager was notably handsome and attentive, making an effort to ensure we were taken care of.

Apps are good, overpriced but great. The fried Mac and cheese and Asian nachos were delicious. Would’ve been a fine time but our serve was terrible. Slow and nowhere to be found. We had a 5:45 res and didn’t leave till 7:45. We watched two tables get seated after us, then eat get refills and check out- while we sat. She didn’t even clear our plates or give refills. We ordered cheesecake at the takeout area and one of the pieces was cut SO small. Overall a rip off.

Some how The Cheesecake Factory always blows me away every time I visit. I open the door and I’m taken back by how beautiful it is.
I call it Michelin Star quality for blue collar prices.
The atmosphere, decoration, setting and decor are always just so beautifully over the top and scream fine dining, fancy.
The food is also incredibly delicious and I’ve always enjoyed everything I’ve ordered.
I highly recommend the Crispy Brussel Sprouts and mushrooms.
They also have a little sports bar section if you’re just popping in for a burger and want to watch some sports.
10/10 recommend.
