Mehen Avenue Delhi is the one-stop Delhi is family owned and operated by good people. I’ve known Eugene and his family for many years and enjoy their company when I walk in the store, I have always been greeted with respect and high honor I love their personality and how they treat people They’re always there for the community to give a helping hand to their customers and neighborhood. I would suggest to anybody who visits Middletown to go to the West End and stop in the mehen Avenue Delhi. 95 memo Avenue, Middletown, New York and have a sandwich a little breakfast or lunch and enjoy the conversation that you may have with the owner Eugene and his wife, Sonny. I’ve always found it to be an enjoyable atmosphere as people come in and out and say good morning, or good afternoon to you and I always ask you how your day is going.My name is Benny and I’ve lived in the neighborhood all my life? First time there and not impressed. The gentleman is very nice, but the food is somewhat of to be desired. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on roll. I understand that food is expensive nowadays, but at least give a decent amount of food since the price of the sandwich has been raised. I got literally crumbs of bacon on my sandwich and the egg doesn’t even fill the whole roll. It was a very thin sandwich to boot. I might’ve well just had a toasted buttered roll.

Great mom/pop shop deli. They make the best subs in town and amazingly good breakfast sandwiches. They also have unique lunch specials that are fantastic, such as rice with chili, meatloaf, chicken, and a variety of different things. The owner is very nice and always remembers our regular orders as soon as we walk in.

I used Doordash to give this deli a shot. We ordered a Reuben, 2 bagels, and a ham sandwich. I have to say, everything was made very very nicely. They carry Boars Head which is a huge plus as well. Everything tastes home made, even the breads were very very good. Not your average deli, way beyond it.
