To explain the flavor, its like a thicker tonkotsu tajin flavor. Really good. The thick broth and flavors sticks onto the great thick noodles.

Go see Chumlee of noodles and he’ll literally take care of you. I walked in starving… walked out soo full. We even had enough for leftovers…. This place isn’t just good… it’s sooo good. An ATX staple that’s been holding it down for years. Cool vibes, not over the top.

The broth? So rich it should have its own zip code. The noodles? They slurp themselves. The toppings? Straight sass in a bowl. You don’t eat this ramen… you commune with it. My spoon bowed. My chopsticks almost unionized.

10/10.

I had the most amazing Ramen here two weekends in a row! I lived in Japan for a few years and our remedy for a hangover was always some excellent ramen. It’s hard to find ramen that actually hits the spot for me now and Ramen Tatsu-Ya did not disappoint! I got the Miso-Hot with extra noodles and added two orders of the Chasu pork; I was slightly hungover and I was immediately restored by the spicy savory broth.

The best ramen I’ve ever had !! I order two types of ramen: the OG and the mi-so- hot both of them delicious! I got also the gyozas and the edamames and they were very good!! I would definitely return!

Omg the Ramen is outstanding! I don’t frequent ramen places so I couldn’t be the best critic, but the taste was outstanding!! Service was relatively quick. Also I was allowed to bring my dog inside which is a huge plus for me. Definitely would go back.

The egg in the ramen was very tasty to me.
The frictiony noodle texture and the milkish creamy broth were just ok for my tastes.

The saltiest ramen i’ve ever eaten. I ordered OG my friend ordered no.4 it was worse. We literally drank 2 whole bottles of water and we can’t even fished them. The fried chicken was obviously half prepared and re-fried. Too dry and hard. Not recommended overall for any normal taste type person.

Favorite place for ramen in Austin. It can definitely get busy and seating can be hard to find but the service is great and the food is delicious.

Wait at Paper boy was too long so we popped over here. Got our food within 10 mins.
Staff was great, everything was delicious and the restaurant was clean.

Only gripe was it was a little warm, but there was a lot of people and it was peak summer.

Great Ramen in a casual dining environment. Pick your favorite and customize with “bombs”, the corner is sweet and garlicy or control the heat with Spicy bomb. Lots of vegetarian and Gluten Free options.

I stopped in for ramen because I saw that the reviews were excellent. I ordered their spicy pork ramen and I was a bit disappointed. I felt that the broth was extremely oily and the ground pork had an off putting smell, almost as though the quality wasn’t great. The staff were super friendly and they have great beer, but sadly the soup wasn’t up to par.
