We have ordered from here many times but likely no more. The order is almost always incorrect, and the quality has gone down hill. Our latest order was once again incorrect. On top of that, they go way too heavy on the condiments, which makes the subs sloppy and unable to be picked up without falling apart. We will find another place to order subs in the future. L

Well, I decided against my own will to give this location another shot after not going back for sometime. As you see, One star overall and I’m not sure what happened to this location. Was not greeted when entering, individual taking my order barely got the words out “take your order” to me and didn’t even say my total, just pointed to the pay kiosk. My order was incorrect, and when I asked to correct it I was given attitude, waited for the correct order and when I finally got it, I felt uneasy to eat it so it wound up in the trash. This place used to be a go to at least twice a week years ago, now I can’t even say Firehouse without a bad taste in my mouth.

I don’t know if Firehouse subs have changed owners or what but their food is really going downhill. One here tonight got a steak and cheese I’m still trying to figure out where the steak is. The two guys working there not very friendly I couldn’t hear the cashier he talks so low that I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Definitely will not be going back here but definitely not recommend it either . For paying $15.99 for the sub it wasn’t even worth it at least the bread was good

Standard Firehouse subs. Food was good, although it took a little bit of a wait to get the sandwich. If they can speed up service it would be good.

It was my first time visiting this store, and I felt welcome because the guy at the register greeted me and served me kindly, and my food came out super fast, and everything was very delicious, thank you…

We dined at this location yesterday. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we were ordering. The restaurant was clean, well lit and fully stocked. The food was fresh and made correctly. Even the complicated person in our party that changes everything got the correct order! The only down I saw was that they had one restroom down and the second one was a bit untidy. Not so bad that you couldn’t use it but it definitely needed attention! Other than that I would 100% recommend and go to this Firehouse Subs again!

Officially boycotted! Subway made me mad back in 1986 with their shoddy craft work. Haven’t eaten there since. Firehouse is now on my DoNotEat list. I understand shrinkflation but we spent $60 on an order for 3 sammies and chips. The subs…although tasty… are on hotdogs buns!! They are tiny! Absolute rip off! Will never ever spend another dime in the place. Never ate there much anyway bc they were always kinda pricey. Now they are a carnival food….way overpriced for what u get…and officially off my radar forever.

Haven’t been to Firehouse in awhile, so we decided to stop in. We were promptly greeted as we walk in and our order was taken right away and as an added bonus-was made correctly!
There new added sauces was a nice change to their style menu items! The zesty garlic sauce was my favorite and the scorpion sauce was my husbands!! If I had one thing to say about the establishment… is it was cold!!!!

ordered from here for the 1st time this week. Pros: food is really good and fresh. Cons: They are much more expensive than the family-owned local places. No fries. I asked for no onions or peppers, and got them anyway. Ate a few before i caught it, and paid for it the next day.
