The receptionist is extremely rude and yells at customers. My order was delayed for 20 minutes, and when I asked her about it, she yelled at me. The place is also very dirty. I absolutely do not recommend it. I have been to several branches where they have a proper reception for customers, not yelling.

We ordered online delivery. Both pizzas had been dropped and were smushed against the side of the boxes. One of the pizzas was incorrect (sausage when we ordered bacon). To top it all off, the cheesy bread had multiple hairs BAKED INTO the cheese.

My online pizza order was not ready at the scheduled time, resulting in a 5-10 minute delay. The pizza wasn’t undercooked, a recurring issue I’ve experienced at other Pizza Hut locations, raising concerns about the chain’s current cooking practices. Also, some of my toppings looked to have been just dumped on. Furthermore, the level of customer service provided by the associate was inadequate.

This is my second time coming to the Pizza Hut in Richmond on mechanicsville both times my pizza was overcooked and dry I asked for extra sauce and never got it… I will not be spending my money there ever again… and the customer service is horrible

Genuinely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Picked up carry out for nearly $40 and nothing was edible when I got home. Both pizzas were so undercooked the dough was still raw and the cheese not melted. Boneless wings were completely raw. Cheese sticks were refrigerator cold and hard as a rock. Complete waste of $40 and worse, the food was a health hazard. Reported to the Henrico County Health Department.

I stop there on my way home from work had pre-order my pizza on line when I got to the store I thought it was going to be ready but of course I was early and they were just putting it in the oven and let me tell u that was the best pizza and cheese sticks I have had in a long time and Plus the evening shift did there thing pizza was on point thanks u guys❤️

I was so excited y’all brought back the New Yorker- it was the bomb in 90’s! The sauce and the cheese was perfect! Unfortunately, I know what old dough looks and tastes like. And the brownies were horrible- stuck to the pan, undercooked- like a sludge. Looks like pan not sprayed and something w the dough. Hubby liked the boneless wings and cool container. All the packaging is excellent and it was delivered quickly. That’s why even 2 stars. What a bummer bc this is the first time I’ve tried yall.
