Always, absolute always, a pleasant experience. The staff is caring and very outgoing in making sure your orders are correct. The food is always fresh and the value is very apparent. I have yet to go to this location and it not be clean in bother the eating area and restrooms.

Such a nice Subway to go to. Food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are so friendly and attentive. I come to this store over others int the area because the staff remember me and are kind. You too should come visit here!

Been coming here for about a year and a half. Staff was always decently attentive and did a good job on the sandwiches, and I always tip 15%…as I run a restaurant myself. But lately (last two months or so), the service has been subpar. I see there’s been a change in management and staff recently, and it hasn’t been for the better. The last three times I’ve been, the staff has appeared inconvenienced at having to work. Additionally, I don’t appreciate being called honey or sweetie, which at least two of the ladies have done on multiple occasions.
Anyway tonight took the cake. I came in to order for the family as usual. A large online order came in after I was in line, the lady on duty hollered at another staff member “it’s a big one” and he came over and they started making the online order…and I was told I’d be taken care of after they finished the online order, so I left.
Anybody worth their salt knows in the restaurant industry, you take care of the customer standing in front of you first. I don’t get this treatment from the Subway in Point Blank, so will be going there from now on. Do better. Train your manager so they can train the staff.

These guys were overwhelmed with 2 people at the counter and the online orders on top of that must have been too much. Sandwich was toasted then sat waiting for a few minutes before they could get to ask if I wanted anything else on my now less than toastey sandwich. Not much in the sandwich either so about an inch on both ends was just bread.
