Since holiday drinks have returned, you recieve a tall coffee in exchange for your venti price. Because apparently they leave 3-4” of room for whip cream! Here is my 3 VENTIS, that made up the equivalent of 2 ventis (with enough room for whip cream still!)

Janis on a Thursday working the drive through is a very unsavory human working the window who wasn’t polite regardless of how many times I have been to Starbucks.
This is a review to reflect on the poor behavior of an employee; and I am highly disappointed that this individual is still employed at the establishment.
I am a frequent and always happy customer ordering a handful of items and who tips heavy handed.
I have experienced this more than once I am ashamed of the personal service.

Starbucks are all fairly well managed so the differentiators are slight. Customer service and maintenance of the common areas are two that I look for. This location doesn’t stand out in either. It’s nice but not exceptional

Used to love coming here, but the drinks are inconsistent and the staff provide abysmal customer service. Borderline hostile. I go to the one across town now at D&W, much better service. I get that they don’t get paid enough, but man.

Great hot cocoa! Co-workers love gift cards and this is a great.option as you can get them in varying dollar amounts.

The barista complained that I showedup early for my mobile order of 3 small drinks without customization.
At the window he condescendingly mansplained mobile ordering to me then shut the window without giving me straws for frappyccinis. We waited longer for two straws than we did for our drinks. He appeared at the window with them so he seemed to know I needed them. Don’t worry we won’t be inconveniencing them with our business again.

Ordered the equivalent of a large…cold brew with only 1/2 inch of foam and coffee grounds in my 1st sip. This is a prime example of why I rarely go here, usually only when I’m in a hurry.

I picked up several to-go orders. The staff do not greet you. If you ask a question they give short and abrupt answers.
Most Starbucks have an inviting atmosphere with customers sitting inside but this one had one customer seated for both of my pickup orders.

As the only drive-through coffee shop in town, this one usually gets my business if I’m in a hurry. The drinks are almost always consistent and workers are friendly. Every business around here is understaffed so the long lines just are what they are. A couple weeks ago I swung by for two small lattes (and my third tier sandwich choice since the others were already gone for the day). I’ve recently backed off from obligatory tipping at places where I’m only receiving a product, not a service. A server only makes $3.84 an hour while a barista in this area is making at least $15. Still not a livable wage, but their salary should come from Starbucks, not the community. Anyway when it was my turn to pay and I got the “it’s just going to ask you a question” prompt, I chose no thanks to tipping. The girl at the window said, “Aaawww!” As someone who works in the local service industry, that is just wildly inappropriate in my mind. Tipping is supposed to be for exceptional service. I don’t tip the people at Taco Bell and they actually make the food I want right then. I was getting two small 3-ingredient drinks and a microwaved sandwich. To top it off the drinks were tepid and only 3/4 full at best. It must’ve been the B Team working that day, but I’ve managed to make time to go inside a different coffee shop ever since then.

Have been going to this location for years this African-American employee anytime I comes in asks me if I want a straw with my drink and then never gives it to me. Why ask for a straw If you’re not gonna give it to me
