AMAZING EVERTHING!!!! I don’t post reviews but this was a must! I had to tell how good my experience was. Today is Saturday, I just went to pick up a large pepperoni, a cheese, a Hawaiian, and breadsticks at 1:30pm. The woman who helped me was so amazing, amazing service, place was clean and inviting. And when I looked at the the Hawaiian pizza I was blown away! It actually had TOPPINGS! not like other pizza places, but she actually made it with LOVE! When I bit the pizza it was SO DELICIOUS!! I have never loved pizza from any fast food chain like this, I am in amazement. My son said he LOVED the breadsticks, they have so much flavor. I am beyond satisfied with my the service, FOOD, and price! I am definitely buying from here from now on 🙂 wish I would have got the woman’s name, because she is an awesome employee !

If I could give the service 0 stars I would. Food always arrives late, cold or wrong.. for them to have a 20$ delivery minimum is insane when the food isn’t even on time or good. I ordered a Alfredo bowl with parm bites & they literally just sent bread bites with nothing on it & phone doesn’t seem to work. If you order delivery they don’t care about your food. Shameful.

My pizza was horrible. Basically sauce less, extremely dry. No garlic dust on a very, very flat crust that was supposed to be hand tossed. I also had bread bites that was extremely dry. I wish I would have taken pics before trashing it. I called back to talk to a manager and was informed that the manager was out doing deliveries. Left my number and was assured that the manager would call me once they returned to the store. Two days later, no phone call….definitely will not be spending a dime at this store again.

Avoid this restaurant if you expect professional service or basic compassion. I placed an order to be delivered to a sick family member at a nursing facility, and I was explicitly told over the phone that the driver would take it inside to the nurses’ station.
Instead, the driver called me when he arrived and stated he refuses to go inside the building. He then decided to leave the food sitting outside on a table in 30-degree weather. When I called the restaurant to confirm delivery, the same driver actually answered the phone at the restaurant; he was incredibly rude, snapped that he ‘did deliver it,’ and then hung up on me.
It is shameful to give a customer incorrect information, leave a sick person’s meal in the freezing cold, and then be disrespectful on the phone.

The last 2 orders were 2 hrs late. No phone calls to the store after the order was placed online were answered. No apology or offers to make things right. Tonight was my absolute last order. Looks like Carlie C’s deli got a new customer

Do not order delivery from this place. Food arrives actually 2 hours late sometimes. They don’t pick up the phone so you can’t even cancel the order. I’ve had it get to me 2 hours after I ordered it and half an hour after we had already eaten food we ordered somewhere else instead. If you can’t deliver the food to me, then don’t let me order the food.

This was the worse experience I’ve had in a while. I placed my order online around 4:57pm, looked at the time frame of when it was supposed to be ready and ran some errands. Giving them a little more time because it was the weekend. About an hour later, I went to retrieve my food for the night. Well, that was a joke. I went through pickup window drive through and waited for about an hour before my pizza was in hand. When the young lady came to the window, she said” let me check to see if your order is ready” I’m like What??? Okay, sure. So I received my pizza and paid the lady. It was not hot, warm, as a matter of fact it was cold. I got home and said well let me just reheat it. So, I popped a piece in the microwave, it tasted a little funny like the dough didn’t have time to rise. I put it in the oven to cook it a little longer. It tasted better. However, I was in for a surprise. The pizza did a number on my stomach. I spent the rest of the time in the bathroom needless to say. I ordered the 14″ Cali Bacon Chicken Ranch & the Pacific Veggie.

Food was stale, actually told me he can’t add anything because it’s a completed order, that’s a lie. I asked for extra garlic sauce. Said I would pay for it. Still no, and what does he forget? The thing I asked extra for, classic, 0 sauce on the tots. He even admitted that he screwed up my bread bowl and had to remake it multiple times

The food is always good from Papa John’s but this store has completely dropped the ball on the past three visits and I watched the manager hangup on a customer who had been waiting for their food for over an hour past their expected time (based on what the girl said in the restaurant from behind the counter). I not sure how this store.can possibly stay in business with service like this. Ill for sire drive the extra 5 minutes to dominos next time.
