The drive thru service at this location is always pleasant. Unlike the door dash order recently. Embarrassed to say, we spent almost $60 to not have eaten anything but the fries and shakes. Immediately after biting into my chicken sandwich I knew it wasn’t right. Not sure what to call it, I just know it the thickest chicken sandwich ever, and it tasted fake. We saved both items for the next day hoping to be refunded or offered a different item. After speaking with the manager he explained it was not his problem and I would have to reach out to door dash. Even though door dash didn’t mess up my order. Not pleased at all. Still waiting on a refund. Then just a day ago, my son had lunch at this location and became sick “diagnosed with food poison”. We never ever experienced these issues at any other location. Sadly we will not be returning.

Unfortunately Chick Fil A was not at their best this evening. Service seemed disorganized and our food took 5 to 8 minutes longer than the people behind us in line (both parties of 2). There were many people waiting for pickup orders and several had been there for 15 plus minutes after calling in orders 10 to 15 minutes ahead.

Once we had our food it was a bit of a letdown, usually fried items here are really nice and crisp and fresh but these seem to have been sitting and were soggy, no crunch left. Fries lukewarm.

We will be back because it seems like it was just an off night but if this becomes a pattern I will be disappointed.

Love coming to this Chick-fil-A location!
Their food is always fresh, and delicious. Service is always amazing. Even when the drive-thru line is long, it goes quickly.
Also, today someone wrote “Have a great day” and I asked for sauces, and they gave me 4 of each! Love it. Will always come to this location ❤️

Went here on Friday to get a couple milkshakes. Wasn’t in a hurry thankfully so I didn’t really pay attention to how long we were in line but it had to have been 20-25 minutes. Order was taken 5 minutes in so they had 15-20 minutes to make 2 small milkshakes. Was irked when we pulled up to the place where they bring out your food to be told they weren’t ready and to pull ahead to wait. Sat there and watched car after car being given large bags of food with drinks. Waited another 5-10 minutes and counted 8 cars go past before being given our shakes. At $5 per small shake it was definitely not worth it.

Normal chicken fillet. Quite busy any time of the day. Although, the drive through line seemed to move more slowly here than at other locations. I’ve visited this place in other towns and states and haven’t experienced a line like that. Perhaps some one called in with the sniffles or did poisoning. Happens to the best of us. I’ll go again and you should too. Still good food for fast food. Just want the quickest the time I visited. Certainly, it’s already flowing smoothly like every other place. My pleasure visiting here.

I ordered chicken nuggets and mac cheese as a lunch for my desires, and it was pretty busy as I expected. Every single time, the nice employees will always get your order right and will give you a refund or something free if there is a problem with the food. The interior and exterior are pretty normal for all locations all over Michigan. Overall, this place is very awesome.

Obviously the food always taste great but however the food from chick fil a gave me food poisoning. And I know because chick fil a was the ONLY thing I had ate that day before I got food poisoning.

Tried after all the hype I heard about their chicken and there was nothing special about it. I like the spicy chicken sandwhich from Culvers better. And Chick-fil-A was unnecessarily expensive.
