Coralville location never made our order after placing an online order. They didn’t even seem remorseful which tells me that they are probably used to performing poorly. Wife wasted 20 minutes waiting past the pickup time and while everyone else was served, they never even worked our order. Never going back to any location of theirs.

Our go to ball spot! If you want to try somedifferent and refreshing rather then warm. Opt for the smoked salmon! Definitely haven’t ordered anything else for more then 10yrs. Great workers here as well, dont forget to leave them a tip they deserve it!

Wow! Was I impressed! Before I could finish paying for my two bagels, they were ready in a bag at the counter! The women taking my order at the register was friendly, repeated my order and told me on my rewards, I earned a free bagel with cream cheese. She asked me if I wanted to use it.
She told me to have a great day and smiled!
My Western Bagel was awesome. There was lots of veggies on it and the rest of the ingredients were great!
I’ve experienced the highs and lows of this restaurant as I have been a frequent customer for years. Kudos to what you are doing today! Now we don’t have to drive to the Riverside Brueggers, which was very marginal , probably a 2 on the scale.

Ordered 5 rosemary olive oil, and received 5 plain, which is huge bummer since I did an order pick up. I get that the plain and rosemary olive oil bagels look similar, but almost half of my order was incorrect and the olive oil bagels were the whole reason I picked the place. The bagels are good, but the attention to detail at this location could improve.

Food good but the woman who checked me out was super rude. I don’t usually write reviews but I was already having a bad day and she made it more difficult. I asked for 2 plain bagels with cream cheese and proceeded to pay. I realized I didn’t ask for them toasted. I asked hey can I get both of those toasted as well. She very rudely said “next time maybe you should say that before you pay.” It was an honest mistake I didn’t know it costed more and I didn’t need them to be toasted if it was the big of a deal. I would have happily taken them non toasted but she proceeded to be rude and have a terrible attitude with me. Terrible customer service skills.
