Wow – yum! The broth here is so flavorful. Like lots of people in RVA we are pho addicts and frequent basically all the pho spots in Richmond and this broth really takes the cake. The meat and veggies are also super fresh. I’ve had their pho 3 times this week already lol. They also have rice porridge that I’m excited to try (I don’t usually see that at other pho spots). Service is fast and attentive. They came under new ownership about a year ago and the new owners have done an incredible job.

I’ve tried this place more times than I mean to and it’s been bad each time (reviewing so I don’t forget next time I want pho).
Broth is not very good – I have to zhuzh it up each time and it’s still mid after that. This time I got bits of mystery meat cuts with my tai and bo vien, they were so oxidized I couldn’t tell if they were raw or partially cooked. The noodle serving size is very small. This time really took the cake as I was given a pre-squeezed lime wedge and zero jalapeño slices.
The egg rolls are fine, not really worth the calories.
The summer (spring?) rolls are awful. All vermicelli and lank, yellow lettuce with some tiny shrimps in a loose roll. No herbs or any other vegetables. The ones I got today had such a bad order coming off the shrimp that I just binned them.
I do not recommend and I will not be ordering from here again.

I’ve got to say, this place delivers nothing less than exceptional when it comes to their food & service. I come here with my husband every month. The food takes less than 10 minutes every time. Just tried their ginger tea… incredible. They never miss. Take my money.

New owners. Flavors just right. Not to salty or blended. Portions is good. Price is average. Mom’s a picky eater, and she finished everything. Would be back to tru others dishes.

Ambiance is very pleasant and the food is very good. Pho broth was on the lighter side but was a very good portion. Spring rolls are very fresh and tasty. Slightly pricey.

Most authentic Vietnamese in Richmond. They have items that most places dont. They also dont offer americanized pho. Super delicious and worth the drive. All pho is Naturally gluten free and that includes theirs!

Food was good. Presentation for to-go order was as pictured in the menu. Egg rolls were a hit. Had the Vermicelli with pork, shrimp and egg rolls. All the extra foe the Vermicelli made it a hit. The crunch texture with the well grilled meats was a hit. Will try again.

Staff is super nice and helpful but I got a pho with a laughably small and skimpy quantity of tofu. I’m super sick and was really looking forward to having something nutritious so this was a bummer plus the soup was mid. I won’t be back.

I wanted a matcha latte, so I tried to order it and some pho online. Their online ordering system was turned off. I then called about 15 times trying to order, they never picked up. I drove over, the restaurant was empty so I don’t know why they weren’t picking the phone up. I placed my order, but they had no matcha latte or thai iced tea – more than half their bubble tea menu was not available. I was a little annoyed because my original reason for choosing their restaurant was not available and if they had just picked up the phone I would’ve gone somewhere else, but I was already there so I ordered fresh spring rolls and pho. The portion sizes are what I would categorize as “ridiculous” but not in a good way. The amount of meat in the house special pho and the steak and meatballs pho were tiny. My rare steak and meatballs pho came with *less than one meatball*, cut into four pieces. Come on. I would rather be charged more for a reasonable amount of food. It tasted fine. I probably will never return. I recommend Nisa Thai for good pho.

The first dish that came out had gone bad. It tasted really bad, but the manager brought a new one. The replacement was better, but it was just okay.
