Excellent quality food! Visiting from Atlanta, we found the flavors here very familiar and comforting. We ordered the butter chicken and naan — both were incredibly flavorful and absolutely delicious. We tried other places in the area, but this one stood out as our favorite. The service was also excellent, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended!

One of the worst restaurant in Richmond Hill. The chef doesn’t know how to cook chicken kofta curry. The gravy was not thick at all. It looks like I was eating watery food. When I complain about the food chef was like you should have told us to make the gravy thick. I did order the same thing before and I know how chicken kofta curry looks like and I never told anyone to make it thick. The chef was using the word “tum” numerous times and when I told him not to use the word tum so he denied saying I never use tge word tum and my husband heard him saying this word. Taste of the food was so bad. They don’t care about the quality of food as well as the reviews from my side. Will definitely avoid ordering food from them and will suggest others also not to order from them.

First time at Golden Punjab, and I’m impressed! My client recommended it, and I’m so glad he did. The butter chicken was creamy and flavorful (a tad sweet). I wanted more heat . The vegetable samosa was okay, but the puri with the chicken? 10/10. The naan was perfect too. Definitely coming back!

I have been tasting Indian cuisine in the neighborhood for more than a decade. One of the tastiest food is here. Tell the chef what you like and he will make it for you. Must try.

I feel this place like home . This place doesn’t make me miss my wife when she is away. I am a foodie guy. The chef makes the food like my wife. I could recommend saag paneer, mutton masala and all of the above fish masala.

The cook greeted me & turned on a fan to make the AC flow better. That felt so inviting on a hot afternoon.
The lamb vindaloo was served promptly. Asked for medium spicy. Served with salad with onions & carrots. The naan was cut into 8 pieces. Easy to eat the potatoes with tomato vinegar sauce.
The serving of lamb vindaloo was generous. Very satisfied with level of spice & taste.
Enjoyed meal with a ginger ale.
Will be back to try some tandoori specialties.
