MOLÁM is one of those rare places where everything just works perfectly — the food, the atmosphere, and the people.
The flavours are bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced — spicy when it should be spicy, fragrant, fresh, and clearly made with real respect for Thai cuisine. Every dish tastes like it’s been cooked by someone who truly knows what they’re doing, not toned down or “Europeanised”, but full of character and depth.
The atmosphere is warm, lively, and relaxed — the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable and happy to stay longer than planned. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and passionate, which makes the whole experience even better.
Honestly, this is one of those restaurants you keep thinking about after you leave and can’t wait to come back to. A true gem in Kraków and easily one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to anywhere.
KUA KLING GAI – divine stuff!
a finely chopped chicken thigh with a 5-level red curry paste. Kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and fresh chilli.
PLA YANG – wow!
grilled flounder, exactly as I like it: juicy, soaky wet inside, with a smoky, well-charred fins and a bit of skin that crackled under the fork.
OSTRYGA KYS – omg!
4 oysters with kaffir and bathed in Nahm Jim Talay.
KALAREPA, MIĘTA, BETEL – jaw-dropping
NAHM TOK RED – mind blowing stuff!
Pannacotta z Kaffirem – life time experience (transcendental grade)
The kaffir-infused cream was magical — silky, citrusy, and hauntingly aromatic. A dessert that doesn’t whisper, it sings.
Molam Staff,
Thank you for the ride.
I can confidently say it’s one of the best Thai places I’ve ever tried.
I was sitting alone but never felt lonely—the place is full of life, laughter, and people.
The food is incredibly delicious, just a bit on the spicy side. Highly recommended!
– fried Shiitake 7/10. Nothing more than thick batter in sweet sauce? Super average& not sure why this was so highly rated.
– grilled chicken 6/10. Chicken was tender but there was hardly any flavour to it.
– eggplant curry noodles 5/10. Tasted like diluted curry mee with bits of eggplant
– Seafood pad sew 3/10. It had too much going on. Was very hard to eat & very unpleasant. There were random shells & peppercorn everywhere. Really had to work to get some bits of it to eat & often we’d bite into something either inedible or not meant to be eaten.
– Grilled sole 5/10. Flavourless grilled fish on the bone.
Overall I would absolutely not recommend. Plenty of better meals in Poland.
