I ordered my food the attendees was very disrespectful mess up my order plus I was trying to order breakfast she was real rude and disrespectful to me I’m done with Wendy’s and anyone I’ll keep them from eating there Too, but to buy hot food an to get cold fried BLT chicken looks stale not fresh an it was in the morning 10:35 am all I really wanted was breakfast that it. Ok with the up most love and respect the food is good but the customer service wow. I asked for something to be remade cus yk god forbid someone has food sensitivities. Also btw they were not busy at all we were one of the only people there. ANYWAY, the dude opens the food looks at it goes to his manager and says dude what crack is this girl smoking. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service. You choose this line of work so please don’t get upset when the food yall made can’t be eaten. Also the bathrooms were gross( they smelt, sticky floors, and there was hair in the sink) so ya maybe think twice before treating your customers poorly

I stopped by Wendy’s today and saw Geovana, it’s been a while since I’ve seen her! she’s always so sweet and full of good energy. seeing her again made my day, Wendy’s definitely needs more people like her!!

This Wendy’s, it does not have ketchup inside via a pump. I asked for a lot of catch up. The kid gave me three ketchups so I said, I want more ketchup, and he told me that’s all they could give out not the best customer service charge me $16, and they wouldn’t even give me more than 3 packets of ketchup.

Was eating breakfast here this morning when I saw a HUGE rat tail that was centimeters away from my foot crawl under the booth I was sitting at. Safe to say I ran out of there and will not be returning. Wanted to warn people as it clearly came from inside the restaurant and it was clearly not afraid to approach me so it probably lives there and who knows how many others are there. I am hoping I will not get sick from the food!

Went to Wendy’s to get 3 4 for $4.
I had a friend drive so she become more confident in her driving. My friend was a decent distance from the building, but was still in arms reach. We payed for our meal and were patiently waiting for our food. Once our food was ready the very nice lady handed us our food, all THREE 4 for $4s in ONE bag. My very nice friend grabbed the bag with both hands, and the bag ripped in half. Sadly all THREE chicken nuggets were on the ground as well as TWO out of the THREE sandwiches. My very NICE and EMPATHIC friend felt awful and kept apologizing. The very nice lady decided to give my friend a dirty look and completely stare at her then turn away. My friend got super nervous and began to feel super uncomfortable. A few long seconds passed before the very nice lady come back and gave us a dirty look and asked us why we parked so far from the drive through window.
I began to explain that my friend is a new driver and this is her first time going through a drive thru, and the VERY nice lady just stared and asked what we wanted .
The very nice lady then proceed to scare my friend so I got out of the car to grab the food that was on the floor as well as inform the very nice lady of what food was dropped. The VERY nice lady proceeded to inform us that we are slowing down her timer and to drive around.
After all that has occurred tonight, 10 out of 10 recommend coming to the Wendy’s in West Bridgewater. Have a blessed night ♡

Will never spend a penny there again. Can’t get an order right to save their lives. Installed an AI ordering kiosk because the staff can’t speak or understand English, and they still get your order wrong. Poorly managed, poor food quality and a filthy kitchen.
