I had the morning market veg omelette. It was delicious with the different flavors bursting in your mouth. Of course the Colombian coffee was top notch as always. The server Nico was ok as the place was bursting with customers (wait list!). Great atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Delightful breakfast with friends! Fast and friendly service & great delicious food with healthy options (yay!). As a frequent traveler on the go, eating healthier meals can be tricky, but the options & information on the menus was great for folks looking to eat on the healthier side (and track their calories too). It was greatly appreciated!

First time in the area and first experience at First Watch! My wife and I enjoyed a great breakfast that was literally perfect with a little added pizazz in the Mimosa and Pomegranate Sunrise. Jenna was our server and we couldn’t ask for better care, service, and overall warm vibes. First Watch, she’s a natural and an absolute keeper! A++ overall and thank you to the kitchen for your unseen and often silent, but always appreciated and invaluable contribution!

Like everything else, prices have gone up here. But First Watch is always a lively place with great service. No matter what location you visit! Little disappointed this morning tjough with my omelette that had four pieces of a cut mushroom in it. Which equaled maybe one mushroom. And we’re talking small criminal mushrooms. Not portabellos. However, it was overwhelmingly full of onions. I didn’t complain because our server, at the bar, doesn’t control what comes out of the kitchen. I think the kitchen could do better.

It was a Monday morning, not busy at all, with just a few tables occupied.
Yet the pancake I was served had a completely burnt bottom.
When I pointed it out, the server acted like it was nothing—just said they’d replace it, without even bothering to apologize.
That’s beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.
This place clearly doesn’t care about customers. Never coming back.

The food was amazing. I recommend the banana bread and the caramel crunch coffee. The million dollar potatoes as well. However while I understand it is a Sunday the service was terrible. She kept forgetting things for example we had to ask twice for napkins. When we were done we asked for the check, boxes, and a to go cup (all at once) she first brought out the check. Then we asked again for the other two items. Then she only brought out boxes. Mind you it was a cloudy day and getting more windy as we finished the meal, and the rain had begun so we were trying to leave. Then when she brought the cup she set it down and said “I hope it doesn’t blow away” instead of handing it to us or pouring the drink in. Like clearly it started to blow away immediately. Good food terrible service. The location in Wesley Chapel had much more attentive servers so coming here was a disappointment. Will not be back to this location.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The service was very slow — I had to ask for a server after waiting without anyone acknowledging us. It took 13 minutes just to receive a kids’ Coke, a tea, and a water, I’m paying $4 for a drink and it takes that long to receive them is crazy! service was horrible, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time. Thursday morning by the way.
When the food finally came, the pancakes were burnt, and the bacon on my BLT was overcooked as well. Definitely not the quality I expected. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but based on this visit, I won’t be rushing back.

Service was fantastic. One server was opening the doors for guests making us feel very welcome. Now the quality.. omg! We spend more at waffle house or IHOP and what you get here is culinary genius! The food presentation was impeccable, youre getting quality food ( cage free eggs. All natural ingredients) they dont even have microwaves in the kitchen which just tells you how important freshness is to them. If you haven’t been here yet I highly recommend it. The flavor of the dishes were out of this world, and again the staff were very friendly and seemed truly happy to work there.

Gave it another try. Warm (not hot) food. Had to remake omelette. Poor service.
We returned for another scrumptious breakfast enjoying eggs benedict, egg white omelette, and shared a fresh waffle. Nice atmosphere and good service, but food was warm (not hot).
FW has quite a variety of freshly made breakfast and brunch items, friendly and efficient staff, and a cheerful, clean dining room. Outdoor seating is also available.
Today we greatly enjoyed our tasty omelettes, seasoned breakfast potatoes, and toast/english muffin – plus a yummy blueberry multi-grain pancake.
