Mine and my daughter’s food was delicious. Service was great. But the dress wear of one of the employees was very distasteful and kind of gross for a family establishment. Part of the reason I took it to go because no one wants to see that while they are eating If I wanted to see someone walk around with a wedgy I would go to my local Walmart. Other then that everything else was great but I don’t know why they let their employees dress like rubbage

My husband and I visited this Burger King on Saturday! Food was fresh, place was clean, staff was friendly and didn’t complain as I have seen in other Burger Kings. All around 100% satisfied. Kaylee at the register was very friendly and efficient!

We placed an order at the BK location at 711 E Emory Road, Knoxville. Our order was wrong and the fries were still frozen. When we called the store and spoke with the manager she was very rude and unprofessional, she told us if we had an issue with her food then we shouldn’t come back to her store. She wouldn’t provide her name, when asked she hung up on us.

I love their original chicken sandwiches specifically at this one. It isn’t cold or just unappetizing like at some others. I also use a coupon for 4.99 to get 2 and 2 fries! That tells you how much I can eat as well

I was looking forward to a Whopper with Cheese, fries and coke. I got my dog 4 chicken nuggets. The fries were hot, the nuggets were hot, but the whopper was cold and tasted as if it had sat on a counter for hours. It was about 2:00 and the rush hour was over. Just me in the drive through. I paid $13.00 for this meal. If you are going to offer cold, stale burgers at least ask the patron if they would like a cold or hot whopper. I would have gladly waited. Also, maybe a microwave could have been used.
