Order had a small mistake.
-Whopper jr. lettuce only-
Got the whopper jr as lite lettuce only.
Sent burger back to get correct order, after receiving the corrected burger an headed back to table we hear the burger cook said “Thank You for making me work more.”
Got back it to table unwrapped burger to find lettuce only but this lettuce was spoiled and did not look good like the lettuce on the first burger. Wanted to put knots on burger cooks head but left this complaint instead. My offer is not voided tho burger cook dude.

Neon Lips and Bong Rips
The woman who took our order didn’t initiate. Just stared at me until I went ahead and ordered. Wanted a sausage biscuit, was rang up for a SEC. No read back. Got two sodas. Both undrinkable. The soda dispenser nozzle clearly needs to be cleaned. I regret coming here. At least the hashbrowns were good. Oh, as for the bonus star in atmosphere. I’ll admit seeing a broken booth table, just collapsed in, did tickle me.

Food was excellent and fresh, server was efficient and friendly and it was the night crew – I’m not sure about some of these reviews, this is the first time a Burger King has gotten our order (mobile) perfectly correct!

Absolutely one of the slowest Burger King locations I have ever been to sat in the Drive-Thru for an hour to get pulled up to the window to be told my food is not ready yet. Do not go there.

This location is inside a Choctaw Travel Plaza. I enjoy the drink station and the slushies they offer. Food is always served fresh and hot. However, the place reeks of oldness…it needs an update super bad. The staff can be slow, but every order I’ve ever received here had been accurate. Most importantly, order in the BK app for the best deal.

Workers didn’t care and didnt wanna work. Weekend dayshift managers are terrible. Maybe they need to be trained in how to do their jobs or even just find better workers honestly. The owners obviously don’t care anymore, the place in terms of atmosphere and overall experience has gone down so much the last year. It used to be a great place to go with the family. Very sad.

Two guys ahead of us have been waiting for at least 30 minutes we were waiting for about 20-25 minutes we all asked for a refund and were denied they would not give us refund they’re taking care of drive instead of any of us inside. then we finally got our food before the two that order before us was not a great experience.

Took an hour to get our food. After it took them 15 minutes just to finally come to the register and take our order. Only ordered two burgers and some fries. Dead crickets and food all over the floor. Broken tables laying on the floor. They were out of lids and straws. Only came here because it was the only place open at the time never again.
