Do not Uber eat or door dash this spot. no point on trying to create your own shake. they will skip out actually putting your topping in. we ordered three shakes and they didn’t put any of the actual stuff in. It seems to me the only way these guys do their job is if you’re right there in front of them watching them do it. LAZY!!!! The ice cream is decent, the service is the worst. Don’t bother ordering ahead to avoid the line. Your order will not be made until the line is cleared. And then they will short your ice cream cup and act like it’s your fault for ordering ahead.

When we walked through the door there was a line forming ahead of us, and more people trickled in afterwards as well. There was only one young lady working tonight, going between the registers and making the orders. She was very kind and sweet, despite having a line of people show up at the same time. She made me the best “Our Strawberry Blonde” with chocolate on top, and a smoothie for my husband, which he really enjoyed. Working alone can be stressful but she did it with a smile on her face and kindness in her voice, thank you for the yummy ice cream and great customer service

The ice cream is good, but the lack of a simple greeting within the first 5 minutes after entering the building is unacceptable. The store itself is not cleanest I have seen in Spokane. Each visit is or has been the same paltry experience for the last 4 years.

I ordered a 12″ by 18″ cake for my grandsons birthday. I paid almost $80. As you can see by the photo below “reeses toppings” was 6 reeses peanut butter cups cut in half. I left a complaint on the Cold Stone website. The owner apologized and said that he wanted to send me a gift card with the amount of the cake on it. He then sent me a blank envelope and when I let him know that I never received the gift card he has failed to respond. It has been 2 weeks since I let him know that I did not receive the gift card (2/13/25). We order a cake from Cold Stone for every birthday. We will no longer be giving them our business.

Coldstone has great customer service. The staff is very friendly and kind, the only complaint I have is the outside area is filthy…. sticky tables, filthy filthy concrete. Needs a good pressure wash at least once a week if not at least one a month.

Rewards program doesn’t work. Coldstone’s website says that the store doesn’t participate in rewards program but store still advertises the program. Never enough workers behind the counter. Prices have gotten pretty high and serving sizes vary on who makes it. Outside area needs cleaning by the owner. Definitely not wheelchair friendly either. If you have food allergies avoid Coldstone as its not cleaned up well enough for allergies either. Homeless people are by this location as well and not safe for customers or employees. Avoid this Coldstone.

Who makes your ice cream determines how much ice cream you actually get. Flavor is good but sometimes I feel like I don’t get my money’s worth. In the photo you see two of the same size ice cream cups but made by different people.
