Loved it! Kiosks are a bit of a let down but I understand why. The staff was very pleasant, courteous, friendly & helpful to more than make up for the kiosks. Bacon double cheese burger combo was great & I was able to customize it on the kiosk. Love the shoestring fries as well. Decided to get milkshake after I ate everything else and I am sooo glad I did! It was ready promptly so I didn’t have to wait long to enjoy it. Overall a great experience & would love to have one along Route 66 in Arizona. Can’t understand why there isn’t one.

The saddest looking chicken tenders I’ve ever seen and for a $10 meal is insane. Do better Steak ‘n Shake. We had given the drive thru lady the exact amount in change so we should have received a dollar back but were shorted of our money. Again do better!

The chicken tender i just got they are small for the price in paying. Then they charge .50 for the sauces. I asked for 4 then the guy tells me It 1.07 more for 2 more sauces mind you I paid 20 for 2 meals.

I would like to comment on the manager Susan. She did an excellent job. She is very proactive and is always cleaning and organizing the place. This is without a doubt one of the best Steak ‘n Shake restaurants I have ever eaten at. I ordered the 7×7 (secret menu), which usually takes a long time and the food always comes out of the box. Not here, the food arrived perfectly, hot, juicy and incredibly fast. The cook is also excellent. I had barely put my things on the table and grabbed my drink before the food was ready. It was a surprise. I have no words, the best Steak ‘n Shake in Orlando. I have never been treated so well.

Service and everything was great. Burger was phenomenal as always. It’s why I keep coming back, but from a KM of a popular spot, my advice on the “beef tallow” ad campaign would be to make sure you’re filtering your fryer oil more often.
Doesn’t matter if you’re using beef tallow or vegetable oil if you’re letting it get to the point where the fries just taste like burnt oil.

Incredibly, it is noticed that there has been a great change in the management of this place, the food is always very good and the prices are very good, however the cleanliness of the place always bothered me, but today I had a pleasant surprise, extremely clean and fragrant, and there were very clean tables, and an employee cleaning each table that a customer left, bathrooms also clean. All this cleanliness makes you love this place even more and it becomes one of the favorites to visit. Congratulations administrators

We hadn’t been to this location for a long time. We noticed some changes as to how this place operates but they aren’t negative. The main change is that all orders for inside the business have to be made at the two ordering kiosks up front. The ordering process was fast and intuitive. Fir those wishing to eat to go there is a drive through window.
After ordering we proceeded to find a table to sit at as we wanted to eat in. Once we were seated one of the servers brought us our drink orders. This was pretty quick and our food arrived shorty thereafter. As usual our steak burgers were delicious as were the shoestring fries. The best thing about this restaurant is that they are a cheap place to eat. The restaurant is bright and clean and the staff was quick, friendly and helpful. I definitely will be coming back in the future. We were in a bit of a hurry so we didn’t get to order one of their delicious milkshakes. Thus is something else to look forward to on our next visit.

Worst experience I ever had at this restaurant ever. I will never be back. My experience was ordering in the drive thru not only is the car line moving extremely slow despite not being busy whatsoever, as soon as I ordered I knew I had to check my bag (I SAID to the worker I wanted 3 different meals, 2 milkshakes & a fountain drink, and 2 cheese sauce). My bag was rung up as 3 main items NOT the meals at all, I also got rung up a fisco sauce when I literally spoke clear as day cheese sauce… I go in now to switch out the cheese sauce atleast for them messing up my order but bc they rung me up a fisco sauce I can’t sub it out for a cheese sauce bc they’re different prices? So now im forced to leave with a sauce I have NO INTENTION of using, as im ringing up only 2 cheese sauces and 3 fries that they forgot to ring in and just that, I was at a total of $15 that is absolutely ridiculous, I will never be back and disregard this place on every occasion.
