To start off Shake Shack whenever I visited was pretty busy. Sometimes I had to wait like 15-20 mins at the least when Even I am taking out a simple chocolate shake, which I am not a fan off, however the richness of chocolate shake made me wait.
Once we dines in and ordered Chicken Shack , Chicken Bites, Fries , Chocolate shake & Banana pudding shake. Overall, the food at shake shack the burger was good, but a bit on the oily side. The chicken patty felt greasy, and the chicken bites were just okay — nothing standout. On the bright side, the fries were perfect, and the shakes were absolutely delicious — creamy, flavorful, and a real highlight of the meal.
The chocolate shake was easily the star of the meal. It was thick, creamy, and had a deep, rich chocolate flavor that wasn’t overly sweet — just perfectly balanced.
The banana pudding shake was absolutely delicious — creamy, smooth, and packed with real banana flavor. It had just the right amount of sweetness, with hints of vanilla pudding that made it taste like a dessert in a cup. Every sip was rich and satisfying, like enjoying a chilled slice of homemade banana pudding!
Will visit again and again for fries & shakes.

The people here were so nice and so super duper nice is an absolute understatement. I went to my car to make sure it was locked as I walked out they said “have a great day!” I laughed to myself because I came back in like 2 minutes. I came in today with my family and we ate for about like $47? 4 burger and one fry all together and I would rate it a 8/10. But it was truly the service and the atmosphere that will bring me back. Everyone there was so nice and it was such a nice family welcoming and warm experience and it felt amazing to be there. I saw this couple using the coloring sheets, it was so amazing it couldn’t believe it. Their drinks were on top, they looked so delicious and scrumptious, but I already had water so I didn’t order it. I truly didn’t wait that long, maybe 15 minutes max but that also is because I came in after the snow storm so that was expected. The volume was low and the staff all seemed to be like best friends which is so uncommon to see nowadays in my opinion. The biggest takeaway is that this is an amazing location to go and I’m so grateful it is about a 20 minute drive from my house. When I finished eating, I assumed I had to dump my trash into the trash can and put the tray on top, but guess what? I was so wrong! This sweet guy came over and took it for me, absolutely phenomenal! My standards are relatively low for fast food locations but this location, just wow, blew me away! I will be coming back! I hope all the people that work at the location have a blessed day and it was truly the highlight of my day!

I didn’t have much of an expectation going to this restaurant. I had been to a few other locations over the years and never had a memorable time, until now.
We ordered our food on the app and went inside to eat. We didn’t want to take it home. We walked in and we’re greeted kindly by all staff. They gave us cups with ice and told us about the triple filtered water station. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the hard working kind staff, and the food.
We both ordered a holiday milkshake. Mine was the Apple Cider Donut shake, and my husband ordered the Chocolate Yule Log. I definitely recommend trying both of them. They were incredible.
We both got single cheeseburgers, he got the chicken nuggets and fries, and I ordered the Shroom Burger. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. Our food and experience were top-notch, and we will definitely be coming back soon, we truly enjoyed our dining experience.

I came here with my family after a 72-hour fast; it was the food I thought about, and that got me through the fast! Every bite of the food was more delicious than the first. There was a slight mix-up in my order, and the manager on shift tonight was very kind and courteous to my family! She made sure that not only was the order made right, but she went out of her way to bring us a box to go for the extra food as well as gave us a coupon for a free sandwich the next visit, which was extremely kind and an excellent move as we will surely come back with the entire family once again! It is the best service and treatment I received in a very long time. Thank you so much for your kindness and fantastic customer service!!

I like the food generally. But the team members here really made my experience. Brittany was the cashier and explained things very well and nicely to me. She came to check up on us near the end of our meal as well, very friendly. Hanz dropped our food off and smiled, extremely friendly. Jason gave us a bag and box for our leftovers, again with a smile. The whole team is a pleasure. They all work hard.

After hearing so much hype about Shake Shack burgers, I decided to give them a try for the first time. The drive-thru experience was smooth, with just a 10-minute wait for my order. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the burgers didn’t live up to the expectations. They were greasy and lacked flavor, and the fries were a bit dry and overly salty. I was also surprised to find that fries are sold separately—there’s no combo option on the menu. On a positive note, the gluten-free bun was a pleasant surprise. It tasted fantastic, soft, and not dry at all—just like a regular bun, which is rare to find at most fast food places.

Salt and Greese Shack is a better name. Unfortunately there isn’t a zero star rating. Burgers are just awful. They are thrown together with zero care. Asked for lettuce, you get one tiny piece that is smaller than the Greese patties they call beef. When I went to the counter to complain he just stared at me like I had two heads. McDonald’s is a better option.
