Went in for breakfast today and I was so disappointed. The only bright spot was the amazing waitress Robin. We ordered the tater tot appetizer and the shredded cheese on top was still cool. When we asked they glady melted the cheese for us and brought it back out. Well as you can imagine now the tater tots were not crispy. Flavor was decent but not worth $4.99.
My food came out and looked pretty good except it was all overcooked. The steak I ordered medium was very well done. To the point it couldn’t even eat it. I ordered 2 eggs over medium and they weren’t runny at all. They were pretty overcooked. The bacon we ordered was 70% fat, but at least our server noticed that and brought us more out. The hash browns were at least really good and my wife’s french toast was good.
The food also took a while to come out. It’s not my first bad experience here but with the quality of food it would be hard to recommend.
The shop and staff our front were awesome and we did buy some goodies on our way out.

The service was fantastic!! But the food was just not it for us. It 100% tasted like it had been microwaved. Definitely not fresh, the textures were off. We did go a bit later in the day, around 6pm so maybe that made a difference? Unfortunately we won’t be back when there are so many other places where the quality matches the price

We went the day before Thanksgiving and let me tell ya, everybody was HARD at work. They weren’t especially busy, but you know they were preparing to be open for Thanksgiving Day. Food was amazing as always, service was above and beyond, and everybody is just as friendly as you’d expect out of a Cracker Barrel. I cant remember our waitresses name, unfortunately, but good Lord almighty she was amazing. Bless all y’all and then some!

I always just love going to Cracker Barrel. The service was great the food was delicious and exactly what I was craving. You always get your money’s worth there and I love checking out the store. The staff was so friendly and my server took great care of me. It’s my favorite place to go to get that fix for country home cooking.

The waitress was hardly there, their was a hair in my specialty pancake order. When they went to remove the hairy pancake order from the bill the had removed the cheaper 3 pancake order from a relative I dined with. Thus they removed the cheaper item from the bill and charged for the more expensive item that was inedible. Also asked for over medium eggs that came out over easy. From another table they had the same issue on how the egg was cooked. The hash browns had came out cold. Not to mention they took the check back twice even with the manager because they had issue remove the “incorrect cheaper priced pancake option”. By the end of the meal is was still incorrectly billed and of course on the higher side of payment. They had also advised adding Apple to pancakes for 99 cents and always charged 2.99 not the first time to receive the higher false price of apples. Was not offered any coupons or discount for the food quality. Terrible experience with slow service. Could not substitute food either. As a vegetarian could not eat bacon they would not substitute for any vegetarian friendly options

This was my friend’s first time coming to a Cracker Barrel, and it was a wonderful experience! The food was great The biscuits were golden and fresh, the gravy was creamy and delicious, those apples were tender and not too sticky. Put a little butter and sugar in those grits and call it a day. The silverware was delivered in a fancy napkin basket which I never saw at a northern cracker barrel before it was very charming.
Our hostess was a young woman, very friendly and accommodating. The gift shop is small and packed full of really beautiful keepsakes, decorations, and vintage treats. We enjoyed the fast service and the hot meal! She will definitely be bringing her family back there sometime.

We love going here for early breakfast beefier the crowd gets in. We had the steak and egg hashbrown casserole, and the mothers breakfast rough French toast she we left waddling
They also have their Halloween stuff up in the store, so it’s going to be a good day

Our server, Rhonda, had an unusual demeaner about her. Hard to figure put her vibe. Food was decent. Fried apples were hot.
