Came here on Halloween night to grab a bite after a long hunt. Food got to me hot fast! The double butterburger was the perfect size for a hungry wolf like me. The rest of my pack enjoyed some delicious fish and fries.
Was glad to see other monsters served at this location! It made me feel more comfortable. Nobody judged me, in fact, another customer, lovely human gentleman, approached my table to have a nice chat.
Finished the night with a scoop of vanilla custard with raspberries and cheesecake pieces. Happy to report that it was tart and sweet, like the blood of my enemies.
This location is far from me, but I’d love to come once in a full moon just to receive good service and eat some quality food.

Staff at this particular location are second to none as far as being friendly. They are always cheerful, upbeat and very welcoming! I’m happy to come spend money where I’m treated well and the food is great. My favorite is the mushroom Swiss burger and the frozen custard is delicious
Never ever had anything less than stellar service here. Food comes out hot and fresh and delicious every time. In my opinion this is the best location in the area. I eat here at least once a month. The strawberry shakes are also peak. They taste like fresh strawberries and cream. My kids all love this place and location too.

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Culver’s. We placed an order for custard through the drive-thru and were charged, then left waiting for over 30 minutes past the posted drive-thru closing time. During that entire time, we received no food, no meaningful update, and no apology.
When we finally asked what was going on, the drive-thru employee was rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to correct the situation, we were told we could not get a refund because their registers were already closed. In other words, we were charged, kept waiting long after closing, treated poorly, and then told they couldn’t give our money back simply because it was inconvenient for them.
This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Basic customer service means you do not charge people for items they never receive, and you certainly do not speak to customers like they are the problem when the failure is on your end. At a minimum, management should retrain staff on how to handle late-night orders, closing procedures, and how to speak to customers with respect.
I will be seriously reconsidering whether I return to this location, and I would strongly urge management to address this immediately so other customers are not treated the same way. This happened today November 25th at 10pm. Also my wife is pregnant and the inconsideration by the staff over her current vulnerable state especially by the drive thru person, they should be ashamed.

Burger patty was still raw on the inside. Disgusting. Still lots of pink and blood. I called the restaurant and a gentleman named “Rocky” blamed the bad grills. It’s not the grill – it’s the person making the burger. He said there was nothing they can do except give me some coupons for my next visit…. Highly disappointed at this new location.
