This place was awesome! We came here for my birthday. We got there right at opening at 11am and were the only ones there. Our server, Brandy, was amazing! I grew up in Florida and this was the closest I’ve found inland to the food I used to eat as a kid. I got the Captain’s Boil and he got the Fried Shrimp with fries. The food was so good that I almost finished my whole plate! After we finished eating I was surprised by the robot with a piece of birthday cheesecake! I would totally recommend this place! Pictures don’t do justice! Don’t forget to ask for Brandy!

The service was awesome. Ivan was welcoming and attentive during our visit. The food and its value were pretty good as well. We had the Gator bites and the stuffed mushrooms to start. Go with the gator bites. For dinner, we had the fish and chips, the catfish, the combo shrimp platter and a rib and catfish plate. All the food was good and it was fresh. Would recommend!

From the beginning, the service was unpleasant. The waitstaff was kinda rude right off the bat, which honestly should have been our first warning. When the food finally arrived, we were shocked by the portion sizes, especially considering the bill totaled $250, with one plate alone costing $150. The portions were tiny, and worse, every dish tasted water-logged and completely bland.
My son ordered crawfish, and they were so full of water that he was literally pouring liquid out of them. No seasoning, no flavor, just incredibly disappointing for a seafood restaurant.
We chose this restaurant based on its 4.5-star rating, but it wasn’t even close to deserving that. While we were there, another table actually got up and left mid-meal. And the table behind even said they had to choke down their meal.
To make matters worse, after dinner my husband went to wash his hands and found cigarette butts and worse in the urinal. If we had seen that beforehand, we would have left immediately.
Between the service, overpriced and tasteless food, and the unsanitary conditions, this place isn’t worth even one star. They were also out of a lot of stuff.
Extremely disappointed.
The only redeeming quality was the robot food delivery, maybe they got rid of the seasoning and good help for the robots.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! We came in and it was about an hour til close. I hated to do it… But I had to try it!!! We get seated and she brings a high chair and I say “does it strap in?” And she went and found one that did strap in. She was super friendly!!
Got the gator bites and they come with a spicy sauce which is phenomenal!! The flavor was so good!! And I also got the Cajun crawfish boil (it does come with potatoes, corn, and bits of onion but I ate them) and boy oh boy was it sooo good!!! I was still eating on my boil and she brings the check and is like “absolutely no rush at all. We will just be doing our thing if you don’t mind.” Which was absolutely fine with me as we came in close to closing time. Totally understandable!! My partner ordered a cheeseburger and he said it was good and the fries were really good as well.
It was $80 WITH a $20 tip.
WILL BE RETURNING!!!

We went on a Wednesday, during the Christmas time of Branson, but the atmosphere was great, the service was SUPER, and the food . Definitely recommend if you’re looking for seafood in Branson. They also have a robot that helps the servers serve their food, which was really cool! Tells you to enjoy your meal, and enjoy!!

The SS Dockside is a fantastic spot for dinner if you are on vacation in Branson, Missouri. It’s nestled right off the strip and super easy to get to from either 76 Boulevard or Green Mountain Valley Drive. Out waiter Chris, who is also the bartender, was super knowledgeable about everything on the menu as well as the drinks. I have not had anything bad here, so try anything off the menu as you won’t be disappointed. An absolutely fantastic place to grab dinner while in Branson Missouri.

If you’re looking for seafood, this is the place. The atmosphere is very clean and I loved that they had gospel music playing. Our waitress, Jennifer, was so kind and great with our kids. She did a great job. The fish and chips were some of the best I’ve ever had. The boil was also good and full of flavor. My daughter had the biggest burger ever. Will definitely come back when we are in Branson.

Everything was great. The food was great. We split the Shrimp Trio and had Crab Dip as an appetizer. For dessert we had lemon cake and Key Lime Pie. Both were excellent. A cute robot brought the food to the table. The server actually took it from the robot and put it on the table. Our server was Ivan. He is a super nice guy and was very helpful and attentive. They had a wide variety of seafood options. They also had Crab, Shrimp and Crawfish Boils. We didn’t try them but they certainly looked good. We have eaten here before when visiting Branson. We’ll do so again.
