A great spot in Jersey City if you’re craving a big bowl of rice noodles without spending too much. Have been here a couple of times. I usually order the tofu rice noodles — the soft tofu with minced meat and pickled veggies makes the dish really rich but not greasy.
We also tried the Dai-style grilled chicken this time. The seasoning reminds me a bit of Southeast Asian flavors.

Really impressed！It’s not easy to find truly authentic Yunnan flavors, but this place delivers. The dishes are well-balanced with great depth of flavor, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the staff are welcoming. Great food. Loved the spicy stir fried chicken rice noodles. The octopus cakes were delicious. Highly recommend to try both of these. It is not busy so don’t mind just dropping in. I won’t recommend takeouts as it makes the food soggy and changes the texture. Definitely a must go.

I ordered little pot rice noodle and cold dish platter. It was nice to have hot soup in a cold day. The assorted cold plates were also tasty. Store looks spacious and clean. Waiter was very friendly. He offered me a complimentary dessert – sago with coconut. Overall recommend to try it out!
