But make sure you arrive way early to pick up your order …… I arrived almost 15 minutes early and she was just getting ready to box my pizzas….. Had I arrived any later, or at my pick up time it would have been sitting there under the warmer….
Was operated by someone with broken English, or just maybe she just pretended to not understand me.. hard to tell these days.

I ordered pizza earlier this week and it was a little late but I didn’t care. It was still warm and still good. Since my pizza was late they gave me a free large pizza to make up for it. I decided to use it today and I ordered it. It said delivery time was 1:01 pm and that worked for me. The time went by and it showed it was still being prepared. I went to call the store to cancel my order since I had to leave for a appointment. Nobody answered the phone. I gave it a little bit then called again. This time a girl answered and started speaking Spanish. I said English please bc I don’t understand Spanish she waited a little bit then said something in Spanish again. I said I’m sorry I don’t understand you and she hung up the phone. Its 2:34pm and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. It says that it’s still being prepared.

Thank you Matt for going out of your way to help me today with a large order at the last minute!!!! You were so kind even when you were busy. Oh the other hand the call center is the absolute worst! They were a joke, said they couldn’t complete my credit card order of $300 (Matt had no issues) hung up on me. Hard to understand and no help what so ever. More worried about the credit card info given to some over seas call center.

The food was good and hot. And staff very nice. I would have loved to rate 5 stars, however i ordered a pizza just for my husband with chicken and beef because he is allergic to pork. And i also ordered another pizza with beef only. Within an hour after eating my husband was having all the symptoms he get when he is having an allergic reaction to pork. A bad fever, aching everywhere, and his stomach was super upset. This lasted 2 days. I went to look the pizza over, and as i compared the beef on the 2 pizzas, i noticed that the “beef” on one pizza was lighter than the other. And when i tasted the two, i could tell one was pork and the other beef. This is a serious mistake and could cost someone their life. Fortunately, i acted fast and gave my husband medicine to counteract the reaction. I went to the store to kindly tell them in person what had happened and how serious this is, and they only said sorry and that they would be more careful. I was a little disappointed that was all they did for such a big mistake. I was expecting at least a gift card to make the next time right after spending $40 on food, part of which was supposed to be for my husband and now couldn’t eat.

The hand tossed pizza was starch white and the cheese was not melted all the way. Had to cook it in the oven at home to finish cooking it. The worst pizza I have had since the last time I bought Pizza Hut several years ago. Won’t make the mistake again. WASTE OF MONEY. TASTED AWFUL!
The other pan pizza my husband said was fine. The dough on a pan pizza is precooked before the pizza is made.

Ordered on the website and never got my delivery. Better yet, their phones stop taking calls at like 10, so I couldn’t even ask them about it. Their help chat wasnt any real use either. Don’t even bother ordering here its not worth it

This location has some of the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered. Every time I come here, I’m greeted with a smile, and helped promptly. Even though they’re understaffed at times, they pump out high quality, fresh, and fast pizza. A lot of the pizza huts have gone down hill, but not this one!!

Placed an order to be delivered at the Hilton. While waiting on delivery went outside to have a smoke. While out side watch a driver park and get out with food not long in a warmer pack.
Watch him for a few minutes looking around Didn’t know it was my order.
Ask if I could help him find something.
Found out it was my order.
Delivery driver had no marking on car No Pizza Hut shirt or uniform made me even nervous to even accept the food.

While profit the food I asked how much did he receive out of the $5.99 delivery fee did he get so I could Tip him better.
He said Nothing. Tip another 5.00 on top of delivery fee he received $0.00 of.
Food was Luke warm.
When call to store to speak with a manager Got hung up on 3 Times
When transferred by call center.
Receipt even said driver get none of the $6.00 delivery fee.

Pizza quality over the years has gone down possibly at this store. Since it’s the one I use. The prices have gone up for what you get. It appears deliveries are worse since the driver is already gone when you discover the disappointment of the pizza, maybe only on deliveries. My pizzas seem better when I pick them up, probably because I’m still there and if the pizza isn’t right, then there will be complaints.
