Haven’t been to Firehouse Subs in a while. I was surprised to see no wait, and was able to order right away at 12:30pm. Friendly service had my meal ready in about 4-5 minutes. I thought the $12.88 price of my medium Hook & Ladder on wheat with chips and drink was a little expensive, but not enough to stop me from getting it again. It was very fresh and enjoyable. I ordered to go, and appreciated the hard container it was packaged in. Thank you!

This is the only sub to eat. I always get hook and ladder combo. It’s always fresh and hot.. combo makes sub more pricey but just go with sub only if you want less pricey. I will never eat subs anywhere but here. The staff is excellent.

Ordered two Cheese Steak Subs with the works or everything ! Told the person taking the order that I was a retired 1st Responder and showed her my credentials and she told me my soda was free . We received bland sandwiches with nothing on them and was still charged for sodas ! It was obvious we were overcharged for the receipt showed additional charges for extra sodas and chips and came to $34.00 !! One worker did put lettuce and tomatoes in a small container. However I didn’t leave the store feeling privileged because of my 28yrs with the Baltimore City Fire Department !

The manager on duty was amazing, whose name I did not get. But she was extremely patient and kind in communicating and training with the equally welcome and warm, Alaizah, who was learning very quickly with her new position at the cash register. The young man who brought me my food with the glasses was extremely polite and he along with the the rest of the staff went out of their way to welcome everyone coming through the door. The tables were clean, the sandwich was correct and delicious, and it was a great time! Everyone deserves a high five and a raise ❤️

I went in at 8:40, hesitant to order as they closed in 20 minutes. You all know what I mean! But another lady and her son were ordering so I decided it would be alright. Ms.Kelly “GM” was probably the most gracious and friendly customer facing GM you could come across. She was so sweet and wasn’t even the slightest bit cross that we came in so late. She greeted guests as they entered and left. She is what every GM should be. Food was excellent as always! I gave only five stars because it was the highest option. ☺️

I normally love Firehouse and I’ve eaten at different ones in different states and have always found them to be amazing until today! I sent my husband 48 min to pick up an online order for the family. I specifically stated “No Coleslaw” but my sandwich came loaded with it and there was almost no meat or cheese on a sub that’s supposed to have 3 different meats and extra cheese that I paid for!
My husband and daughter’s sub also had almost no meat! I paid 40.00 for 3 subs that put together wouldn’t even put the amount of meat that is supposed to be on 1 sub!! Never again will I use this Firehouse Rest. People behind the counter are rude as well!
Definitely don’t recommend this restaurant, but if you want decent Firehouse, the one in Forest is pretty good!

Highly disappointed the company has restructured the cheese options and removed Swiss cheese. This is wrong action as Swiss is must on so many versions of sandwiches.

First time ever visiting and trying a sub from Firehouse Subs. Was impressed with the quality of ingredients and portion sizes. I believe it was Violette that rang up my order, the lady with blond hair that was working on 11/21/24. Either way, I want to make sure I give credit where credit is due. She was a great example of customer service and was personable. She is really good at what she does and made solid recommendations. I felt like a valued customer. She represents Firehouse Subs well and is polite, friendly, and helpful. In fact, the other employees that were working there on the line making the subs were really polite too. The young man that handed my sandwiches to me and the guy that double checked what cookies I ordered were very helpful and kind. They might not think anything of it, but to me, I left with my take out feeling very impressed with not only the quality subs but with the quality people! Hope to come back soon and make Firehouse a recurring meal! The team certainly left a great first impression!
