We always have a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel thanks to our waitress, Karisa. She is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment we sit down. She checked on us just the right amount, made sure everything was correct, and had such a positive attitude that really made our meal enjoyable. You can tell she cares about us and her customers and takes pride in her work. Karisa is a great example of excellent customer service, and we truly appreciated her hospitality.

We go to Cracker Barrel pretty often, and the Dry Ridge location is definitely our favorite. The staff here is always kind and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
Today our server, Karisa C., was wonderful! She was so sweet, attentive, and just very personable. She made sure we had everything we needed and made our visit really enjoyable!!

I was very disappointed in the food! The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were barely warm but the turnip greens were cold!! As if no attempt was even made to heat them up! My granddaughters food was hot but mine was nowhere near hot. The cornbread was not even hot enough to melt the butter! It was cold and hard! Waitress was friendly but never asked if everything was okay and never asked if we wanted dessert. She just brought the bill. That was the only time she came back to the table after she brought our food. They were not even busy when we stopped yesterday, not that it would be an excuse. I’ve been disappointed every time I’ve stopped at this location. I really want to love it because the atmosphere is nice! It was cold out and the fire burning in the fireplace was nice!

The food is delicious and lots of new addition to their menu and I love it ❤️. Service is quick and waitress are very friendly . The store has been my favorite place in the restaurant , lots of good and unique stuffs . Thank God , the decor they kept it the way it was . The decor of this restaurant is unique and one reason why I kept coming back aside from the food of course . Thank you Cracker Barrel for your delicious food and amazing rustic and vintage decor .

The food just ain’t the same. Pretty quick service. Our server was polite. The wait time was not long to get our food. However once I got my plate which was a grandmother sampler or breakfast plate, everything was cold. Not warm, not fresh made hot. Cold…..
I politely asked the server to reheat or replace my food. He reheated.
This turned my over easy eggs solid and the meat tough.
After traveling all day, this was this last thing I wanted to deal with.

We had a delightful and delicious breakfast on what we thought would be a too-busy Saturday morning. However, we didn’t have to wait for a table. Our server was nice and very efficient. The person that was selling take-home meals (Sara) was wonderful to talk to. All in all, we couldn’t have had a better experience.

I came earlier this year thinking my dinner would be better. My whole plate of food was cold I sent it back!! I had the Thanksgiving turkey dinner.Jaden my server took it back and brought a fresh hot plate of food. My corn bread and biscuits were cold as well.This is 2 years in a row i have been disappointed with my meal. Last year I got it through the drive thru so I dined in today food quality wasn’t any better and they were not crowded at 2 p.m.
Although my server was kind she did not come back to see if I needed a refill on my drink I had a manager get one , after asking a young man who was serving the table next to me he never brought my refill either. I moved to this area but will travel up to the Florence Cracker Barrel in the future. My over all Impression is this Cracker Barrel use to be a lot better, having lake house property we have been coming here for years and eating, we enjoyed the different menu items from catfish to fried chicken. I hope management brings this restraunt back to the quality we enjoyed in the past.

Lively dining room. I got the old timers breakfast and it was so good. price was good. my server was great. she checked up on me several times. Look at those eggs. I ordered over easy and they were cooked to perfection. PERFECT. They were good and fresh. I have to give so much credit to the cooks. They are GOOD. my breakfast came fast also. They have the best cooks there.
