It was great. We got and they were having an anniversary and we got to spin the wheel and my boyfriend won a free meal and I won a free breakfast meal. They were doing face painting for kids and had someone making animal balloons. They were really busy but we still got our food fast. Their food is really good. My boyfriend and also got to get a picture taken with the cow.

Used to be amazing, an absolute joke now. Nobody from staff to owner seem to care. Ordered food in drive thru, got the food. Went home all excited just to find they forgot one of the sandwiches. Made the drive back, explained the missing sandwich where I was promptly given one, asked for the other now cold food to be remade since 30min had passed. Was told by a ‘team lead’ that they do not accommodate such requests. Asked for a manager, was informed there’s no managers available. Got a refund, no apologies no concerns for screwing me out of time and money.
Called the corporate cares line and voi ced my complaints with them. They offered to forward it to the partner/owner. A day later got an empty pre written email offering free food to come back. At no point in said email had the owner bothered to even mention that they understood or heard that food was left out of an order.
This is absolutely not the customer service driven high quality chicken sandwich place that it used to be anymore.

Excellent customer service!! The food is always fresh & hot. The customer service is outstanding! They are fast there too. Doesn’t matter how busy they get, I usually have my food within minutes. This location is the BEST!!

My amazing boyfriend knows my order by heart and he picked up chick fil a for us for dinner after working 12 hours today, and they gave us the wrong SALAD. it even has the wrong persons name & says dine in. On the bag it has the correct order, do they not verify the food items with bags label??? this is just disappointing… because we LOVE chick fil a, & I get extra egg for protein as a vegetarian and all I got was a salad with a few pieces of cheese. Usually, we have no issues here and everyone is polite….except for the last time we were there they told us they couldn’t give us our milk shakes we pre ordered but when we pulled to the front they had some waiting for the other people who came after us. and then they said “oh we can give you them we just said that because we are running low and only have a certain amount we can give out” something along those lines…

Wildly busy…not eating at a Chick-fil-A very often I’m always stoked when I get an opportunity… Today, my nuggets were meh at best, which sucks because they are normal so delish. Also had a wrap which was decent but the ranch avocado was very good…

I love chick-fil-a more than I should. I could eat it everyday. The line is long but goes so quick. The workers take your order before you get to the window. You pay in advance so you just drive up and grab your food. Thet have the best ice, tea, and Chick-fil-A sauce ever. The sauce there is my favorite. Bomb spot for breakfast lunch or dinner. By far the best chicken spot especially for fast food.

This Chick-fil-A near Rough and Ready gave me a sandwich so perfectly assembled it could have filed its own job application. The waffle fries looked like they had trained for a synchronized swimming final—crispy, coordinated, and enthusiastic. The staff were energetic, making the whole visit feel unexpectedly fun.

Went for breakfast this morning. Used to love chicfila, but they must have changed their food somehow. It taste off.
The last couple orders from them, at different locations have been off.

Order accuracy remained high, employee communication followed brand-aligned protocols, and product consistency reflected strong managerial oversight. The sandwich quality was balanced and uniform.
