Blown away by the tour through the restaurant and the kitchen. The kitchen is immaculate and super clean. The rooms are theme based and look like a museum. Was working up an appetite for a fantastic Italian meal to give a full score. We ordered lunch portion, but the portion is too big and price too high. Rather have a small portion and reasonable price. The taste for lasagna and spaghetti meat sauce was mediocre. These dishes should be the staple Italian food, but was disappointed.

Our waitress, Maxine, made our evening extra special—she was attentive, friendly, and her recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious and served family-style, perfect for sharing. Haven’t been at Buca in ages and decided to go for dinner. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Ordered pepperoni pizza and it looked like a personal pizza with 6 slices for $24 and it was burned on the bottom. The waitress seemed annoyed when I asked if we ordered the right pizza. She said they are all same size but from what I see in reviews it’s much bigger and more slices. Fettuccine Alfredo was cold and chicken Parmesan was burned as well. Appetizers were good. When asked for dessert menu we noticed on there that there is a salad pasta and main dish option for 4 people for $49 but our waitress never mentioned it and it wasn’t on the main menu. Our check was $145 including happy hour appetizers and dessert. Really wanted to like it because the concept is great. Will not be back .

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Buca di Beppo today. Georgia was our server and she took excellent care of my entire family. The food was delicious and in large portions. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

This place is amazing! My daughter and I stopped by after we left the strongsville mall, it’s basically in the same parking lot. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The food is very authentic. The portions of the food is worth the money.If you love Italian, you will definitely enjoy this place. We also took home the chocolate chip cannolis with chocolate sauce. Yum!!

We had excellent food and service today and got to enjoy eating at the kitchen booth. Alisha, our server, and the rest of the staff made our meal a great experience. She made our visit special for my elementary age son, which is why I’d highly reccomend this resturant and location.

I spent 86 dollars on this… never again.
The chicken was cold, dry, lacking flavor and the sauce was terrible. The tomatoes were so hard that they were inedible. How can you charge someone $34 for chicken and get 3 pieces… the breasts were so tiny for over 10 dollars a breast. We ended up throwing away everything but the cannolis because it was inedible and had to heat up leftovers. The only thing that was ate was the cannolis but even then it was 16 dollars for 3 medicore cannolis. To top it all off the 25 dollar caprese salad had a hair in it. Im beyond surprised this place is even open still. I used to go here when i was younger and im glad I don’t anymore. Shut this place down.

We had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant. The pasta with meatballs was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The meatballs were tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. We also ordered an epic salad that surprised us with its freshness, balance, and vibrant ingredients. Everything tasted authentic and made with care.
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff treated us like family. They were friendly, attentive, and helped make our evening special. We will definitely be coming back. A true gem for anyone who loves great Italian food.

Got a chance to take a good friend of mine out here to introduce him to Buca to celebrate my birthday. Everything here was wonderful. The atmosphere, the service and food was amazing. Renee our server was top notch and gave excellent friendly service and attention to details.
The locations that are close by to where I live all closed down which is really unfortunate. It was quite a bit of a drive out here from where I live, but it was worth it. I hope this location stays open. This is a great place to go for celebrations or even just a family meal. They have so many decorations here it’s like a fun museum.

This was a excellent choice of restaurant to take our parents for their 35th wedding anniversary. They really enjoyed their time & loved the meal. So many great choices & it was all delicious. We love the uniqueness of it all. They have different rooms that you can dine in & it can be more private for family gatherings. You can order family style or individual meals; either way it’s a win, win. I especially loved the salad, lasagna & salmon. The decor in each room is also eclectic and interesting to look at; especially all the wall art. Everyone enjoyed the meal & time spent together.
