Terrible service giving the food. The cashier very good at taking and ringing up the order. However, the woman giving the food had a face like she was guarding a California prison. They should hire better people to work the morning shifts. They don’t provide the necessary items for the coffee, no sticks. And they close the window very quickly, not giving a chance to let them know about the thingsare missingin the order..

Decided to dine in… since covid. Ordered #1, a fish fil a and 10 nuggets. At first they did not want to bring my food to the table as the kiosk ask you to do. Then when they finally did, they domt even give trays. My nuggets were missing. When to counter, had to leave my food opened and uncovered at table. Since there are no cashiers now, took forever to get help. By the time i got back to my table my food was cold. At this point.. the mcdouble is bigger than the fish fil a. And whats with the bags THEY DO NOT DO REFILLS FOR DINE IN GUEST!!!!!!!!

Dolores P. has a terrible attitude. I ordered 2 burritos & said I only got charged for 1 the correct thing for her to do was to ask to charge me for an additional vs assuming I want a free burrito. Please don’t do drive thru if it’s busy in the mornings go help clean the bathrooms if you hate making orders correctly.

I was waiting for my food for about 20 minutes. And once I brought up to the worker attention, One of the girls was very disrespectful and started cursing at me over the counter in front of other customers. The server was mocking the situation and I honestly felt like no one was trying to help. I honestly don’t mind waiting for my food but it was overall the encounter with the employees who were disrespectful . Is this how you guys train your employees??

The cashier are kool . The problem is the managers they gossip too much and look like the do not want to work at all . While the only cashier is serving the two managers or whatever there title are should be replaced there ain’t doing nothing to help . Props to the only cashier I give her 5 stars

Order 4 spicy chicken sandwiches all combos and all my fries were at the bottom with the nuggets and all the sandwiches at the top! Cashiers are so rude. Who would want to eat all their fries all cold and smashed! Fries were not even inside their bags. Seems like they just toss it in the bag like whatever’s! Requesting my money back!
