We had a wonderful time here. We took a half BBQ ribs and a steak. They were DELICIOUS! The staff who helped us is AMAZING. Her name is Jess, and she is very friendly and helpful. Zach at Chili’s was absolutely top-tier. From the moment we sat down, he brought great energy, a genuine smile, and made us feel like valued guests not just another table. His service was fast, attentive, and on point the entire time.
What really stood out was how personable and friendly he was. He checked in consistently without being overbearing and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. That kind of customer service makes a difference.
We will definitely be coming back specifically to see Zach again. If you’re at Chili’s, ask for him you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered a strawberry margarita with a sugar rim – got a normal margarita with a salt rim – we were there for a short period of time before a party and had already waited 15+ minutes so just said I’d keep it but shouldn’t be charged for it since it was completely wrong and took forever – waitress said ok but a new drink still came out and I still refused since at that point we were ready to go. Get check and the drink is on it. Asked got manager and he comped it but then added back our chips that were to be free for being part of My Chili’s. At that point we didn’t have any more extra time to try to get anything right so had to pay it as is. Just was not at all enjoyable experience!

Our server Jess (blonde hair) was very sweet. She helped us decide our dinner, and she was not only personable, but very attentive to us our entire visit, despite being busy. I felt the need to write this because we had such a great time. We will definitely be back, and will forever request her as our server!

The waiter was busy and didn’t have time to take our order.
I really didn’t know that chips & dips were charged at the end. I thought they were free, one per table.
W-melon Lemonade was just a syrupy water, no watermelon taste at all, a waste of money.
I would rather order a glass of ice water. The bartender is not attentive, $3.69 a glass, plus tax and tip, I paid is waste money.
Sirloin was grilled well, this was ok.
Salmon was overcooked and overripe, not worth the price at all.

Edward was amazing! I haven’t been to Chili’s in over 10 years, and coming back felt nostalgic. I did ask for the spinach dip — it used to be one of my absolute favorites but unfortunately it’s no longer on the menu. I’m not sure when it was removed, but I really hope Chili’s considers bringing it back because it was definitely a customer favorite.
Even with that, our experience was great. Ed is new, but you would never be able to tell. His service was seamless, attentive, and overall outstanding. He treated us so well that we honestly didn’t believe he was new. He deserves to be paid like someone with experience, not as a New B, because his performance absolutely reflects that.
Chili’s never disappoints, and tonight was no exception. Thank you, Eddy, for making our visit such a great one.

This Chilis was great! We were in town for a travel ball baseball tournament and the kids wanted to go out to eat after a long day in the sun! The staff sat my family of 7 and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. We can’t wait to come back every time we’re in town!

Sad and disappointed, I ordered ribeye steak surf & Turf & was given pork steak! For 30$ ? The shrimp was over cooked and broccoli wasn’t cooked just seasoned ! We weren’t served the correct drinks for starters & didn’t have great service on explaining mozzarella plater is what we wanted but instead got 6 piece of a spicy mozzarella which was the only good thing & ended up making another order for 3 piece for regular, the server even repeated 3 piece & we were given 6 piece so another 16$ that we didn’t ask for plus the disappointment in the food especially the steak ! Could of gotten real ribeye steak for cheaper at Texas Roadhouse

Last night my wife and I went to dinner at Chili’s. I ordered a sirloin, and toward the end of my meal I noticed there were hairs underneath my steak The server offered to fix it by giving us dessert, but I was honestly disgusted. Please check your food before eating at this location it was gross.

So overall it was cool. An odd start that finished beautifully. Our waitress and manager were awesome and attentive to us. The hostess could benefit from more training in customer service. I recommend the Triple Dipper and the chocolate molten cake which was on the house per our wonderful waitress. It was packed so that’s how you know it’s a good spot to try.
