Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Came to this location because it was highly rated compared to the others, however, was extremely dissatisfied as to how DIRTY this place was!!! Not only that but we asked for extra lettuce in the burgers and were not given that. Staff sounded like they were too busy laughing and cracking jokes the entire which is no problem, but at least make sure everything is up to standard.

Food is reliable and good as always for in n outs but the lobby was the messiest I’ve ever seen an in n out lobby…. Plus the order took like 30 minutes to be ready, and the section where there’s ketchup/peppers/napkins was MESSY and UNSTOCKED.
Overall, not a good first impression, but if you want a burger in Temecula, it’s good

Love this location! Always get my order right, staffs super friendly and they have the “crushed or opal” ice that makes every drink that much better. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a messy table or bathroom and I come here at least once a week.

Came through after some softball nearby and it was busy as usual. The employees are great though – they saw my daughter was in a uniform so they asked how she did. We chatted for a short time and the outside order taker was great. He went to a local high school and was nice, funny and polite.
Food was great as always, but having fun employees help take the order makes a big difference in the whole experience. In-n-Out does a great job of hiring good people and we are thankful!

First time at this location and I think I like it better than Murrieta. Although smaller, the staff was very nice, orders were quick and I don’t know why, food just tasted better. A bit hidden from main traffic made it a bit more enjoyable as well.

I’ve lived across California all my life eating at In n out thinking they run the tightest ship and then I go to this location lol they miss a food item entirely or get something wrong.. it’s weird at this point
Last time my animal fries were missing, I didn’t realize till I got home so I went back because I had already paid for them, and ended up having to remind the counter 3 different times for my missing fries + waited like 20 min I was trying to be patient. The time before that they gave me pickles instead of chilis when my receipt said chilis? And missed my fries again
Posting in hopes something changes because I would think I am not the only one experiencing issues if they are this consistent

Not sure if the customers are aware that thd parking lot adjacent to in n out, the entire u shape log is Wendy’s parking. You can see Arby’s, in n out, Wendy’s and holiday inn lots are separated by bushes. This is private parking but in n out customers are so aggressively looking for a spot and recklessly driving while doing so, private property, behave accordingly
