I had pizza delivered tonight and Food was completely stuck to boxes un cut and when I called they said your gonna have to bring it in we’re slammed ask for manager they wouldn’t get on the phone I’m disappointed I even tipped driver prior to them bringing my order !

There was NO customer service at all at this Domino’s called was put on hold for 4 minutes I hung up because we were there. We went inside to order they were not really busy, young lady taking the order didnt have a clue. I ordered an Extravaganzza pizza and wanted No black olives and mushrooms on half the pizza. We got home and that pizza was half Extravganzza with no olives the other half was a CHEESE pizza not what I ordered….I am not happy with this place at all, will Not recommend it to anyone….

Tonight I used my 60 points for a free one topping NY pizza that showed pepperoni on the pizza. What I got was a cheese pizza but the problems with my orders didn’t just stop there. I had ordered two Chicken Habanero Subs and because this location continues to not out the habanero sauce on the sandwich I asked my brother to check the subs before leaving the store because in the past 99% of the time they had no habanero sauce and are extremely dry. So when he checked the subs sure enough they didn’t have the habanero sauce and the cashier hands him three habanero sauce containers! That’s a great customer service solution. So I have to try and pry my subs apart and put the sauce on myself. Who ever is making the products are not following through with quality control and even my subs were placed upside down. I used to work here and I know the previous owner and we took great pride in making sure we sent out orders accurately and not just placed which ever way we felt like. Corporate really needs to address this store because it’s the worst Dominos restaurant I’ve ever ate at and I’ve eaten at a lot of Dominos but this is consistent on being the worst. Also I ordered the icing for the lava cakes as that was missing. It’s not cheap to eat out and I would think retaining customers would be very important as people are tightening their wallets. When I asked to speak with the manager (Damien) and he offered me credit for the two subs and the icing but refused to make the 60 reward points I’ve spent for the free one topping NY Pizza which I selected showing the pepperoni. You have to spend quite a bit of money to earn these 60 points and he should have made it right and refused. I will have no other option but to call corporate and this isn’t a threat this is about making it right because I didn’t get what I ordered and I’m tired of ordering subs that aren’t made as advertised. I will never order from this store ever again. At least Pizza Hut makes it right when they mess up and this is a fact and they’re a lot closer to where I live.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. The lack of professionalism from the manager Candy is extremely uncalled for. The way she treats customers is not how you SHOULD treat customers! The lack of respect and kindness is truly not who you SHOULD want as a manager. When someone gets bad order and wants it remade or a refunded (when the whole order was brought back and is clearly messed up and not edible) you do NOT hide in the back for 20 mins after someone asks for a manger and then come out yelling “What do you want”. Coming from someone who’s worked in the customer service industry you treat everyone with kindness and you surely want to make sure your customers come back. HOWEVER, we will NOT be back and this dominos will not be getting any business from me.

amethyst was a star employee, every time I come in the store it’s her in the store working alone. She made my pizza amazing and was respectful the whole time and patient with me. I didn’t know what I wanted to order and went through all the coupons with me and all of the toppings.

I’m not even sure how to explain everything that occurred. Initially we received half our order. Driver said they would remake the whole order and bring it to our house. After waiting an additional hour, we tried contacting the store. After being on hold for 20 minutes they wouldn’t let us talk to the manager. Then they hung up. Every time we called back, they immediately hung up on us. Thirty minutes later, the second half of our order arrived cold. The driver tried to hide from us, but we made him stop to talk to us. He informed us that the other driver took half of our order. To us it appears that one driver took half our order and another driver took the other half. So the second half we received clearly sat somewhere in one of their bags for two hours before they delivered the very cold food to us.

Received wrong order (my name isn’t Logan) after 1 hr 15 mins, which was cold. Called store, said it would be 1.5 hrs or we could get a refund. Asked for refund, still waiting after 3 weeks. Our order cost more than this order.
