My second visit this month, and I’ve been satisfied both times. The vibe here is much better than at other locations, and the staff is incredibly kind.
To be honest, the service is so exceptional that even if the food isn’t perfect, I’d be more than happy to overlook it. My child loves the rolls so we asked for multiple refills, and the servers were so gracious every time. Even when my steak wasn’t cooked quite right, they replaced it without any hesitation. Seeing the manager personally check on guests makes it clear why the service is so top-notch. It’s all about great leadership! Another wonderful meal today.

Sadly we decided to both have the 14oz prime rib last night! Have NEVER had a worse cut, cooked or served piece of prime rib in our life!! There was more fat than meat! Our server was EXCELLENT! However our bill after tip was just over $90, we couldn’t penalize our server for the TERRIBLY prepared and cut of prime rib we were given!! I sure HOPE the Mt. Pleasant Texas Roadhouse never serves this quality cut of prime rib to us or anyone else again!! I’m attaching pictures of ALL the fat from just ONE of the prime rib dinners!!! Our receipt from this NASTY prime rib dinner also.

Music so loud it gives you a headache. First time ordering a burger from here. It was over seasoned and salty. The silver ware was disgusting! So kind of leftove debris from the washing machine i imagine but someone wrapped it into a napkin like that!

Food was good and for how busy they were it came out fast. I’m not sure if our waiter was new but when we were seated we did not get bread we had to ask for it. Then when we did get it, we had no silverwear so we had to ask for that too.
When he had taken our drink order, he forgot two ppl in my party and when the drinks were brought out he forgot 2 of them. They also forgot the shrimp and bread that goes with my husbands entree so we had to ask for that as well. They also forgot his side of chili. Now, they were REALLY busy so i did tske that into consideration. I have been there numerous times and the service was great everytime that is why im still willing to give 4 stars. Hopefully the new guy learns from this experience.

We had a party of 8, we did call ahead waiting and got on the waitlist. I was advised it would be about a45-50 min wait. We arrived 45 minutes later, the place was packed! I received a text at 7:15 to gather our group and head in. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious and we walked about at 8:25. When we left nearly every employee wished a good night with a big smile on their face. Well done.

Been to this Texas roadhouse about 50 times and have never had a problem usually always great food. My mother in law wanted to go out on Sunday the 22nd (2-22-26) so we went. I ordered my usual food a ribeye stake Caesar salad loaded sweet baked potato and shrimp with side of mac and cheese me and my wife split it. My mother-in-law ordered mashed potatoes and rice and shrimp.
When my Caesar salad got there there was barely any taste to it something didn’t seem right with it. Once our state came out I asked for a medium steak I did receive a medium but somehow it was completely dried out. The shrimp was way overcooked. The baked potato was undercooked and the rice that my mother-in-law got was undercooked. When me and my wife got home we both did not feel good our stomachs were both upset. We ended up going to bed and I know one more time. I ended up waking up around 1:00 sweating really bad went to the bathroom and puked up last night’s dinner. At 2:30 in the morning I went to the bathroom again to puke up more. At 3:44 a.m. went to the bathroom one more time to puke up even more the last thing I puked up was the salad. I believe I have gotten food poisoning from the salad my wife did not have any salad why we were there. Again this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with this establishment it’s always been great don’t know what happened if they had bad quality control or not the best cooks there. They were definitely packed.

I do love the flavor and quality of the food. Service is amazing. I was really frustrated when I ordered a steak medium and it came out medium well. Waited forever, came back mostly well and the manager says that is our medium, a warm red center. I’m not stupid! I’m sorry but if I’m paying I would like it cooked as requested. No comp, no apology. Just an argument from management is not the way to take care of customers.

I visited here on 2/13/26 and it was the best service I have received in a while. The staff and management was incredibly friendly. Dylan was our waiter and was very nice and accommodating. When I was leaving, 5 staff members told me to have a good day. It was just a great time. Thanks!!

Always love a Steak House. For me it is a treat and my tummy is happy. This time I had to be at my best behavior because I am on a keto diet. I was so pleased with my meal that I calculated on my Zenza app. Ended up with a 8 oz Sirloin, House salad, and their delicious Smoked Green beans with bacon and onions. On a normal diet, I would have gotten the baked Sweet potato. Oh so yummy and the awesome soft dinner rolls which I watched my husband devour. We went on a Wednesday and they had a great deal. 8 oz Sirloin meal for only $12.99! What a wonderful day!! ❤️
