We are regular customers of Dominos and have recently returned to this location when it went under New management. The service is great and so is the pizza. We order every Friday evening. Rarely has there been an issue with the order. If there was, it was minor and compensated. I certainly wouldn’t base a review on only one experience. Things happen. That’s just life.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with my recent order experience. This was my first time purchasing from Domino’s, based on a recommendation from a friend, but what should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating and deceptive situation.
I placed an online order for a Large (9.9) pizza, as clearly advertised. However, upon arriving at the store, I was handed a Medium pizza instead. When I questioned this, the staff casually informed me that they were out of Large pizzas due to the promotion, so they simply substituted a smaller size at the same price—without any prior notice or compensation. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to blatant consumer deception.
As a new customer, this experience has left me with a deeply negative impression of Domino’s. If the advertised product was unavailable, I should have been informed before completing my order, or at the very least, offered a fair alternative—such as an adjustment in price or additional items to make up for the difference. Instead, I was tricked into paying the same price for less, which is simply unethical business practice.
LARGE (14″) THIN PIZZA
Whole: Extra Cheese, Beef, Pepperoni, Bacon, Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Ham, Premium Chicken, Philly Steak, Mushrooms, Onions。

The food itself was fine but Domino’s likes using very deceptive advertising. Ordered the large five topping which was supposed to be 15.99 but when I chose the five toppings they came out to 23 and change. It does say some toppings and sauces and premium items are extra cost but they don’t go to mention WHICH items cost more, that would have been helpful. Very poor service. ordered from there just picked up and food likes like crazy. pizza not cut. parm bites have no parm and liquid dripping out of bottom of Box. there’s a puddle of liquid in bottom of Box. Called up to complain and got for a guy! why do you want us to remake it. then hung up on me. Will not go back there. I picked up to eat on my lunch break. now I’m at work and have nothing to eat. I have to say this place is great. The food is fresh and delicious. The people that work there are friendly and professional and super quick.
One of my orders didn’t come out as we had ordered it, so I called them and they were extremely nice and willing to fix the order.
I give the store a 5 because they exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend the place to everyone.
And thanks to the employee whose name I didn’t get, for being so nice and fixing my order fast and throughout the entire visit you had a smile on your face. That’s awesome!

I see a lot of negative reviews among this section. While some might have been with the quality of the food not being prepared well, it might have been if the staff was not good or neglecting the standards previously . While I put forward a 5-star review for this Dominoes joint, is not only because for the quality and amazing pizza they made, but also preparing it for me specifically when they take only online orders after 10 pm. The staff was courteous and humble and they dished out an amazing Extravaganza pizza for me. Kudoes to the Domino’s staff!!

Just ordered and received my pizza and marbled brownie cookie, the cookie was completely charred on the edges but 100% raw and inedible. Called to see if I could have it redelivered, but was told I had to come pick it up. I tried to explain that I just had surgery and couldn’t drive, and the woman I spoke to responded with “you’re the only person that has complained about this item”, then proceeded to hang up on me. This was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had. Save yourself some brain cells and go to Pizza Hut instead.
