The night manager, Miguel needs to be retrained First and customer service and second of what comes on the menu and what is included with what comes on the menu. I was trying to shop there like I do frequently and get the eight dollar biggie bag instead I received one sandwich, a chicken nugget, a small fry and a small drink. I informed Miguel that I was missing my sandwich as it comes with two sandwiches, a small fry, and a small drink. He tried to charge me eight dollars more instead of doing the correct thing and replacing the sandwich this store continuously suffers at the hands of Miguel and leadership. He blatantly told me as a customer he does not care and when I informed him, I was going to let the other manager Mindy know of his behavior. He still said he didn’t care and when I called to ask his name, he did not want to give it up and continue to argue with me on the phone. I highly recommend you choose somewhere else to eat at night and if you want exceptional customer service please only go during the day.

I got the new chicken crispy rollup, a Cinnabon pull anpart and a large frosty. It was $16. The Cinnabon didn’t even come with icing. It was dry. It was half a cup full. It was gross. I questioned the price on the crispy chicken roll only to be told no that wasn’t for the combo. It was over six dollars just for the chicken roll up. The chicken roll up was good. The rest was not worth the money. That was with one bite out of the Cinnabon pull apart, incredibly overpriced, gross and dry. And for those who care this is now a large frosty. It is maybe 8 ounces

Miguel doesn’t need a job here he is not capable of comprehension let alone managerial duties he doesn’t seem to know what the menu includes instead of trying to fix it he tries to overcharge instead of correcting the errors and refunding and charging the difference he would rather accuse the customer who had already paid that I was just trying to get food free blatantly said he didn’t care when I called the restaurant to get his name he didn’t want to give it to me and further argued with me telling he didn’t care to tell Mindy not capable or professional

Had a lot of great breakfasts I do not usually get dinner there Most recent update breakfast probably a good choice but late night dining I doubt it I would pick somewhere else .Just ordered about 1057pm or so figured they did not close until midnight and it would be okay. Ordered a combo baconator got back a different burger so I’m not sure what exactly I got. I wanted to check the receipt to see if there was some mistake but there was no receipt on the bag either so I could not check that either or leave a specific review to my order. It will be awhile before I go back.

Everything about this place is the worst, not just the worst Wendy’s, but the worst fast food place to go to. If you want fast food, go ANYWHERE but here. It would be quicker to make a reservation somewhere and eat in than it would to wait for them to take your order. I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes when the person in line hadn’t even ordered yet. I go inside, and the kiosk won’t let me order my food, so I go to the front counter, and they do their best to ignore me. When i finally got Miguel’s attention, he never even looked at me. He just said he was way too busy to take my order now and wouldn’t be able to take it for another 10 minutes. I went there for breakfast at 10am and had to leave because they couldn’t even take my order before breakfast ended. I was thoroughly disappointed and it’s frustrating going to a place within the time frame for breakfast and not being allowed to get breakfast because they won’t even try. No way they could be that busy on 4 orders for 30 minutes, that screams incompetence.

Sent my husband to pick up my DoorDash order and they didn’t want to give him our order even when he had confirmation and everything they said that I had to personally show them myself which is ridiculous considering I’m ordering it on DoorDash which is an app for random people to pick up your orders, can’t help to think this was an act of racism , very disappointed.

The mgr doesn’t know what having clean hands means. She walked out to the dining area using her cellphone. She walked back into the food area and never washed her hands. This means that any food tools she touched, were contaminated and negated any glove use by the kitchen staff.

Went through drive thru, was asked to repeat my order three times, got to the window, so I asked them to repeat my order, they missed a drink that comes with Biggie Bag, so the drink finally was made and it was still incorrect, my drink for the second meal was incorrect, then there were no fries for my first meal, I finally pull over and went inside to have my order corrected, Why all these mess up kept happening idk because I was the only customer in drive thru as there was no customers in the lobby. What’s really going on here? Food was cold, Crispy chicken sandwich for Biggie Bag was old. Burger for first order was poorly made, cheese on wrapper instead of on burger. Will not be visiting this Wendy’s any further.

Today we went here and used the drive thru. We ordered a double large, a Boo bag, and a Cobb salad. The food was horrible, hamburgers and fries were cold. The women at the drive thru were rude as heck!! When asking for condiments, the windows was shut and we were ignored. We asked several times and our food was given to us, it was basically shoved all at once, which made us almost drop the food.
Never again will we visit this place!!
