I had amazing time here. The service was superior, food was great, and I will definitely return soon. Ms. Sandra was extremely kind and helpful. Her sweet spirit and service was top tier!

At the risk of oversimplification, this place is basically Indian Chipotle, and I mean that in the best possible way. Great for vegan options, but in general I think it’s a convenient, affordable model. Everything tasted great. Quick service. Will return.

Sankranti is a quick-style Indian restaurant where you can customize food to your taste. I tried the Indian tacos, one with paneer (half Tikka sauce and half spinach sauce) and another with channa masala. The paneer was soft and tasted great. I couldn’t pick up too much flavor from the Tikka sauce so would have asked for a little more. The channa masala taco was alright. The onions, cucumber, and tomatoes that they added on top were all freshly chopped. Overall, for a quick Indian option this is a goof choice.

This establishment has a self checkout. They had no ice available to customers for drinks. The food tikka lamb and tikka chicken were very, very greasy and not fully emulsified. The naan bread that came with the food was hard and burnt on the underside. The veggie Samosa crust was burnt. This is the worst indian food l have ever had.

Delicious Indian Build your own bowl place- I had a chicken kurma bowl and my husband had a curry goat biryani bowl- both very good. Staff was helpful and accommodating. We’ll be back (or gettin some on door dash!)

Cool concept, but in my opinion pretty expensive. $50 for two portions of food and two drinks… I don’t know… But I liked the food and what they add to the area is awesome. Yeah, not many complaints besides the price. Also it was empty at lunch time so the vibe was a bit off.

I’m so glad that there’s a nearby restaurant that serves good Indian food by Emory. Right in Emory Village lies Sankranti (like the festival?) whether you can order dishes or build your own. I got the boneless chicken biryani with mango lassi for under $17.
There’s a lot of small seating indoor like for two people at a time and some outdoor group seating. They also have free WiFi if you put your email in. For parking, there’s street parallel parking but also a private parking lot for the plaza in the back.

Straightforward fast-casual dining. Pick a combo from the menu or build one from the options on the serving line in front of you. Kiosk ordering is available too. I ordered the vegan bowl. Gets the job done, though the nearby Cava might offer greater value. Falafel was a bit hardened and dry.

About enough space for 25 ppl inside with more seating outside. Wifi available.

Imagine a Moe’s or Chipotle, but substitute Indian for texmex. Honestly, that’s not doing this place justice, but you get the picture. It’s very good and pretty unique. I really enjoyed my meal here, and it’s reasonably priced.
