I like Beach Hut. I love this location. Every time we are in the area my son and I stop in for a bit. There are other locations a little bit closer to where we stay, but a few years back when places were having supply chain issues and couldn’t keep the full menu intact the operator here made it work and had everything. The other stores in the area did not. And he and the rest of the staff have always been awesome! They made a customer for life! Stop by, you won’t regret it.

Been here a handful of times, good location and it’s kept clean. The bar area is really cool and the layout is spacious. Ingredients are fresh and tasty.
Most recently I had an order for pickup (super convenient online feature). I could tell that the guy behind the counter was real stressed out, he wasn’t friendly, but I get that people have bad days. What got me was that the sandwich was really messy and there was mustard added. I definitely don’t recommend mustard and cranberry sauce together. Not a huge deal overall, but complete accuracy is an expectation.
In general it’s a good spot just with come instances of feeling unwelcomed from different staff. I’d still go again if I’m not taking 80 for the Bowman location.

The meatballs in my sandwich were cold in the middle. Now, I don’t really have beef with frozen meatballs per se, but I do expect that they be served at room temperature, at the very least.

I’ve been to plenty of Beach Huts around and this is by far my favorite location! Staff is always nice and welcoming, the place is clean, everyone gets along well and has a good time. I went in there yesterday, right off the bat Ella and Kenzie were great. The two of them work really good together and it’s amazing how well they multitasked with me talking their ears off and them working, haha. Overall great place!

While the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to how loud and uncontrolled the dining area was. Children were running around and fighting, and nothing was done to manage the situation. If you’re hoping for a calm meal, this is probably not the right spot. Better take it to go like my husband suggested

I cannot give enough praise to the Beach Hut Deli on Hwy 49. The food, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the staff- all absolutely amazing. One staff member in particular, Ella, is incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking. If anyone takes the saying “service with a smile” to heart, it’s Ella. She’s the reason I come back to this location so often!

I had never been to beach hut before. WOW am I impressed. I walked in and it was pretty busy but the girl that took my order took time to give me recommendations. We landed on the Santa Cruz. It was so yummy negative such generous portions for the price. I also noticed how clean it was in there! WOW!

Bomb! I love the Surfin’ Bird. Turkey, avocado, bacon, cream cheese and all the fixin’s! I receive great service at this location. I like looking at all of the various signs and art on the walls. It’s a cool place to hangout and get a good bite to eat.

My boyfriend loves this place so I keep trying them. Unfortunately, I never get the sandwich I order and I don’t order picky so it makes zero sense to me. For some reason, it’s also always soggy. I tried again yesterday and am terribly disappointed. Not only was my sandwich a soggy mess but they got all 3 sandwiches wrong this time. I ordered a plain turkey, plain- just turkey and bread and they somehow manage to mess that up. They added mayonnaise, mustard, cheese and onions. My surfin bird had no cream cheese even though I had a convo with the lady right before. She was concerned that I wouldn’t want cheese on a warmed sandwich (by request) and I assured her I ordered it exactly how I’m hoping to get it. It had no cheese, it came with mayo even though I asked for it to have none, it had triple onion even though I asked for none and it had no Greek peppers even though it was supposed to have it. I ordered extra cheese so the second cheese should be pepperjack and they forgot to add it. My third sandwich was supposed to be a regular surfin bird with no bacon and no tomato. They got that wrong too. They didn’t put any onions, added tomato and it had 6 pieces of bacon. None of us were able to eat our sandwiches due to one allergy or another and having all sandwiches made incorrectly. The ladies in their always seem to either be tipsy or stony so maybe change some policies around that to hopefully get a sober worker that can read a sandwich order and make it correctly??? This is the third time in 6 weeks that’s I’ve spent around $60 bucks for a dinner we cannot eat. I will not be going back a 4th time, that’s for sure. What a waste of time and money. I’d love to find a good sandwich shop or deli around here as we like to order a few times a month to give me a break in the kitchen. Guess the search is still on for that one.
