What a horrible establishment. I purchased a sandwich and used my points for a doughnut, I asked for a courtesy cup of water and was told it was $1, I asked for I’ve only and was told it was $1, I asked for a cup and was told it was a $1. Go ahead and close this location down…I have to add it’s ironic they were so pressed to charge me for water and so incompetent they gave me an accidental free side of hash browns God don’t like ugly so now I will never go back – loss of business, I’m sharing my experience on social media and they gave me free product…utter incompetence

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is one of the most poorly managed stores I’ve ever visited. It’s clear that new employees are thrown onto the floor with little to no training, which leads to mistakes that the managers then blame on them instead of helping them improve. The management seems unprofessional and unorganized—hours for staff are constantly cut or shifted around unfairly, and communication is almost nonexistent. Customers can feel the tension behind the counter, and it’s obvious the staff aren’t being supported. Instead of creating a team environment, the managers talk down to their crew and make shady comments in front of others. With better leadership, this store could run smoothly, but right now it’s a mess that hurts both the employees and the customer experience.

I took my family to this Dunkin’ Donuts because it was the closest location to Forestville. We arrived at 4:42 PM—there was no line—yet we waited without being acknowledged until 4:56 PM.
One employee wearing a headset was using inappropriate language even while taking orders, and another employee, whose pants were hanging very low, never acknowledged us at all when we walked in.
After standing there without service, my husband and I decided to leave. As we walked out, I said, “Let’s go to another Dunkin’ where we can actually be helped.” The employee with the sagging pants responded with an extremely unprofessional comment, essentially saying he didn’t plan on working during his entire shift.
This experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location. The entire establishment needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer service

It was a young man I forgot his name but I know it starts with a J, anyways from my experience from him taking my orders very respectful, always has a smile on his face when taking orders it’s even the same at the drive through when I see him , and stays in a great mood.

I ordered through Ubers eats 2 turkey sausage and egg/cheese on multigrain bagel. They sent 2 pork bacon egg and cheese on croissant. I’m Muslim and don’t eat pork and I hate their croissant. I ordered 2 orders hash browns, and they sent 1. I ordered 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese wraps and they didn’t even send those. I ordered 2 blueberry glaze donuts and they sent 2 completely different donuts . This has to be the worst order I ever received on uber eats. I called to speak to a manager but the worker said 1 wouldn’t be back in until tomorrow morning. That’s the problem, they usually have 2 incompetent teenagers or foreigners running the whole store and screwing up orders. Why is there not at least 1 manager on the clock??? Probably because they’re out doing other stuff while on the clock. The worker I spoke to didn’t apologize and could care less about my complaint. Typical poor customer service from the area of PG County. Horrible.

I love it here. I love the staff they’re all so sweet everytime. The only thing is I paid for less ice and I got half a cup of ice still. I don’t mind it but if I have to pay for something I just would expect to have it the way that I asked for it , this is just tons of ice. The staff is so sweet always though, it’s a great place

This location needs to close for a few weeks so they can train their associates or better yet hire new employees because they do not care about this job. It’s always a debacle to order iced coffee either it takes 20 minutes and they get it wrong or it takes less time and they still get it wrong. I ordered this twice and they still failed to put the oat milk that I pay extra for and when they put it in there, they only put like a dollop and my coffee is always dark. I have to fix it when I get home. This location is the closest to me but it’s so unfortunate. Yesterday when my boyfriend went to go pick up this coffee, they messed up his order three times he had to go inside to make sure they get it right and they still messed it up like they can’t be that hard. When asked to fix the mistakes, there’s always an attitude, no remorse whatsoever. This location had potential, but they need to hire people who actually want to a good job cause this ain’t it yall

Customer Service just isn’t here. Pulled up and all you hear is “You can pull around”. Pulled up to the front… Nobody there for about a minute. Dudes comes to the window (lips all of white), asked if they had chocolate donuts. He says ‘no’. What donut place doesn’t have chocolate donuts? Pulled off because after all that and seeing his face, I’d rather not order anything from there. Smh….

Unfortunately one of the worst DD around. Service is extremely slow, drinks are made incorrectly and in some cases you can’t order on the mic you have to pull up and order at the window, which is catastrophic! I’m surprised they’re still open!
