Why are the asking for a 15% tip are they waitresses? Do they get 215 an hour cause that’s what waitresses get 215 an hour and they make 15% that was very insulting. Beware just got two sodas and food from there and the drinks tasted like cleaning products, like the after taste tasted like chemicals, the the machines where just cleaned or they where spraying cleaner near the drinks or something. I immediately threw it away and called them but it felt dismissed and all she said was do u want the drinks replaced, no I want to know for sure I didn’t just drink chemicals…. The food tasted fine but now I am a little worried.

My first time here and the menu stood out to me because this restaurant had milkshakes. This is the first gourmet restaurant sandwich place that I have been to that offers milkshakes alongside sandwiches. This made this place unique for me! Turns out things got even better with it being my first time because the staff the guy who made my sandwich and the lady who checked me out sealed the deal for me. I’ll be back to order something else and oh yeah the rewards are worth every dollar you spend. I wish I had gotten employees names so I could shout them out!

Today, 12.09.2023, I placed an order via Doordash. I requested ‘easy’ lettuce and onions. Something I do everytime I order from any Potbelly’s location. When I received the sandwich, the lettuce was an inch think. My first response would typically be to just remove the excess lettuce because really, it’s not that big of an issue. But in this case, I also ordered oil and seasoning which is placed directly on the lettuce. When I remove the excess lettuce, I also remove the oil and seasonings. I am also posting the receipt to show my request which is at the top.

I stop here a few times a week and the service is always consistent which is nice. This is a great location with wonderful employees. Lexi always makes Pleasant conversation and recommendations for how to Jazz up my sandwich. It’s a great location, keep it up!
