The staff was courteous and the ambiance was nice.
There was a big selection of libations (I don’t drink) to choose from. The menu was diverse and I like that every burger could be made plant based.
The establishment was clean and I like the outside set up as well.
I definitely will visit again.
They have a large beer selection and a great indoor/outdoor bar area with plenty of tables.
Overall we liked it and would go back.
Not sure why they’re currently temporarily closed, but I hope it’s to get ready for an actual restaurant.
Their services have always been pretty good, with a clean environment and very chic interior. Dog Haus is one of the places I can very much call my favorite go to. You can never go wrong with what you order, each one as mouth watering as the other. The sizes of their menu were never disappointing for the price and neither were the flavor. Food was always freshly made, always steaming hot and juicy, never dry or lacking flavor. My favorite, the burgers, are four Hawaiian bread big with a decent height due to the patty, eggs, and other things they may have depending on the burger, never failed to fill me enough for a day. Their burritos are also delicious and worth their prices, size-wise as well.
I hope to be able to come visit for a meal again soon.
Anyway, let me get to the good stuff. What can I say that hasn’t been said before about this place? I always recommend this place if you want something with variety, that’s chill and simple.
The food here is awesome. I used to always get the Nashville hot sandwich, but this time I decided to switch things up and went for the Nashville Hot sausage.
WTH is that I never had friend sausage, and I must say all guilt aside it was really good and tasty, I love the batter that is used here, I’ll be back for more
The service is top-notch, too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel like you’re a part of the fam. Oh, and one more thing – they serve pretty decent portion sizes.
Overall, I can’t recommend Dog Haus Beer Garten enough. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic sandwich or something a little more unique like the Nashville Hot sausage, you won’t be disappointed. And with its convenient location, you have no excuse not to go check it out. I’m already counting down the minutes until my next visit.
The place was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. There weren’t many patrons. We got prompt, friendly service. Everyone loved the food and the kids have already made plans to try new items when we return.
My son loves burritos and the burracho breakfast burrito did not disappoint. It was well cooked and is a hefty portion of food. My daughter had the T-Mex hot dog but put the slaw on the side. The dog was good. The slaw was not. The chilli cheese fries were split amongst the table and I had a wurst corn dog (chorizo and pepper jack) as well as the das brat sausage dog. I don’t usually do king sweet rolls for sandwiches or dogs, but it was delicious. Definitely try the garlic aioli.
My wife wanted wine. They have one white wine and one red wine, as well a mixed drink made with each. Both mixed drinks were tried and although we enjoyed them, the red wine drink (Lady in Red) was better. The buffalo wings were fine.
We will visit again.
Update 2nd visit:
I remembered to take some pics this time around. Our second visit was just as good as the first. This time two of us (wife and daughter) ordered the Nashville Hot chicken tenders with miso ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. The tenders had a good flavor, but there was a puddle of oil in the baskets. Perhaps that forgot to drain them before transferring to the sauce and basket. My son enjoyed his (BYO) build your own dog. He topped a bacon wrapped dog with Haus chili and mozzarella cheese. He loved it. The BYO menu has a number of topping choices, but the cost can add up pretty quickly if you load up. I suggest ordering one of their specials. I had their latest menu offering, wurst way pizza sausage. It was great. I washed it down with a liter of cider and a tequila thyme from the bar. The latter is an interesting drink, but it needed a few more shots. We split chili cheese tots and chili cheese fries…great.
Had the DasBrat and chili cheese tots. Overall it was tasty, I wish my brat had more of a grilled/char flavor though. But that’s my personal preference. Love how everything is served on a hawaiian rolls. Good stuff.
So the atmosphere, we went when they just opened. There was no music and only 3 monitors on. Kind of a weird awkward silence when dining. However, I’ll be back another time.
