We went on Thanksgiving so I’m not sure what the atmosphere is on a regular day but we had a great time. Food was great and staff was friendly even though you can tell it was a very hectic day. The line to get in looked like a line at an amusement park. It went by pretty quick though.

I haven’t been to Golden Corral. In about 2 years, the last time I went on my birthday. A special milestone. Today I went on my daughter’s 18th birthday I won’t be going back. The Ham was cold the French fries was undercooked. The lettuce for the salad was soakin wet the tacos lettuce
Was also wet as you can see it looks like the same water that the lettuce was sitting in looked Dirty, the cake looks like kids been playing in it. The music was 70’s Old School R&B so it made the atmosphere feel laid back and chill, our host Alizebeth was welcoming and helpful and our waiter Julie was on point, friendly and quick with service. We really enjoyed our meal and atmosphere, as it was our 1st time going there. We will most definitely come back!

We are a LAMC, and this was a run they do every year, the same place. We come from all over just to see how were doing and share our love for our clubs. Golden Corral, open their arms and let us all in. I don’t know the exact number, but it was maybe close to 50? It was crowded. They was very attentive and professional. They served us breakfast when it was over. Asked everyone if they needed anything, They stepped in and stepped up. Bathroom was clean!!! I see why they keep coming back. As long as I’m invited, I will too. I had a great time.

We haven’t been to Golden corral in several years so we just decided to stop in to see what we have been missing, and it was a big mistake!
First of all the line was definitely longer than anticipated and the prices have increased significantly. For two people the cost was right at $55 and that was with only one drink because I had water.
The ambience was average, nothing special about the decor. I will say there were some plates chipped so they should be discarded.
The food was very disappointing. I asked the server what was the top requested item and she told me the steak section. When I requested the steak, it was definitely overcooked and underseasoned. There was nothing on the buffet worth going back for I don’t think I’ll be going back to Golden corral in the future.

The place was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was kept well-stocked even during busy hours. Staff was friendly, and one of the girls working there greeted me with a genuinely warm smile — small thing, but it really made my day.

Update 11/27/2025. Came in for Thanksgiving and it was PACKED. But the staff was amazing as they usually are. Our waiter was Andres, and he was on top of it from the word go. He was very cordial and took care of our every need. This Golden Corral staff deserves a medal. They are all super awesome and always smiling.
Update 10/13/25: Came back to have some Golden Corral for the fourth time. They were understaffed but handling the customers with ease. Behind the grill was a young lady named Yadira, and she was handling the grill like a trooper. She and her supporting staff were running seeing like little working ants, handling everything very well. This Golden Corral is the only one I’ve ever visited. But if they all operate like this one does, they’ll have no problem starting in business in California.
Update: Second time visiting The Golden Corral. Our first time was on thanksgiving, and it was a great first experience. Today we came back on Christmas day, and it was pretty chaotic. I believe it was because they were severely understaffed. But the staff that was present were doing a great job under the circumstances. For example, when we first sat down, our server had just started here shift. She seemed pretty stressed right off the bat, but it was because she stepped into CHAOS! Regardless, this young woman held her own, and was serving and greeting everybody in a very kind and professional manner. Her name is Heather and she’s got the heart of a lioness! After chatting with her for a brief moment, it was obvious the sacrifice she was going through, working on Christmas day away from her loved ones. In the same manner, all the other employees I’m sure were doing the same. All the while with a smile on their faces.
