I ordered my plate online and the actual plate itself completely looks like it was on the floor. Black residue along the rim, looks moldy, and has damage to it. Something the workers would have 100% have to seen when plating the food. I’m disgusted and won’t be ordering from here again due to lack of common sense, poor quality, inconsideration etc.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years, only went here bc I used to live next door at first and now it’s THE place to go for a hug to the soul. My partner especially, sad? La fiesta for breakfast. Sick? La fiesta breakfast burrito. Hung over? You guessed it. I talk to a lot of people who are new to town for work and anytime they ask what the best Mexican food place is, I tell them here. It’s a family owned place and it shows. They never get an order wrong and you can always expect a consistent quality in my experience. The hot sauce is home made and SO good but I wish they would bring back that green crema they had YEARS ago. If I ever move out of greeley, this is the place I will miss most.

We have ordered here lots of times before. We’ve ordered menudo which is great. It comes with bread and spices, onion and lime. We figured since menudo is great that other foods here would also be good. Oredered #3, it had a taco, gordita and a cheese enchilada. Ordinary was plain no taste, the enchilada was thin smothered in red sauce and some cheese. The taco meat seemed like it was re-warmed . #5 had beef in the “smothered” burrito and no bean, taco and enchilada was the same as #3, and they sent a side of chili in a small salsa container as the green chili. Whoever makes the menudo does a phenomenal job but as far as the other food, I can’t say enough on how bad it was. It’s not just the taste but the quality and quantity that was handed out. We don’t mind paying top dollar for great food but we won’t tolerate eating bad food, especially in Greeley which has great Mexican restraunts.

Update, I ordered a few breakfast burritos, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Super and the Chorizo, both no cheese and sauce on the side. I get sauce on the side so the burrito doesn’t get soggy. They were delicious! I come from south Texas, and we have breakfast tacos there, no breakfast burritos. I finally found a place that reminds me of good south Texas breakfast. If you have any recommendations or thoughts about breakfast tacos v burritos, please let me know. It seems to be a regional thing.

I have been a frequent customer of this establishment, but after a recent experience with the management, I will not be returning…..
We ordered three Chile Relleno Burritos with an added steak upcharge. Upon getting home and eating, we discovered all three were missing the steak. I immediately called and spoke with “Anna,” who was very professional. She acknowledged the mistake, confirmed it was noted on the kitchen ticket, and offered to replace them. Because I couldn’t return that same evening, we agreed that I would call the following day for the replacements.
Unfortunately, the follow-up was handled poorly:
The staff member I spoke with the next day said he was aware of the situation but argued with me for several minutes regarding the quantity of food being replaced, saying it was alot of food to replace (3 burittos) eventually trying to walk back Anna’s offer to only a $3.00 refund.
When I asked to speak to the manager, the situation escalated. She was dismissive and rude, suggesting I should have brought the food back immediately (despite my prior arrangement with her staff) and even made a nonsensical comparison to McDonald’s not replacing a cheeseburger.
When I expressed that her tone made me uncomfortable and that I no longer felt comfortable eating food from her kitchen, If you don’t like it? she told me “there are many other places to dine” and hung up on me.
It is disappointing to see a business lose a loyal customer over a mistake they admitted to making. A business is only as good as how they handle their errors. While the food is usually decent, the lack of integrity and the hostile management make it not worth the visit.

I asked for avocado and got half a teaspoon of guacamole instead. I was charged twice for one drink and was only given one napkin for my family of three with a small child. I paid $46 and will never be coming here again. I was so excited about the torta, but it was drier than the Sahara desert. They were also offended when I asked for more ketchup.

The food here is so delicious and is now one of my favorite place to get tacos! I also really like how they put a good amount of meat in the tacos because some places tend to not put as much. They also have really good quesadillas and Chile rellenos! The price was good for all the food we bought and just overall had a good experience.

***Update***the last three times I’ve been here they either forgot to include an item I purchased or gave me someone else’s order. The young lady at the register is rude and blamed me for the missing items and incorrect orders the last time it happened . I will not be going back, food is not worth it***

Ordered the fajitas with steak, chicken and shrimp w/o tortillas, rice & beans sub avocado and 1 egg (food sensitivity restrictions)for $20. Food was ready in 20 min, construction makes it difficult to get there even on foot. They skimped on the avocado and the flavor was mid but it’s the only “breakfast” place open within walking distance. Staff was not friendly but if they’re having to listen to construction all day and work in an uncomfortably small space I understand why.

Got the caldo de res with a couple barbacoa tacos, and the tacos were small how I like them & traditional! The tortillas here seem homemade and really tasty, but the caldo the race plate was on the mid-size level and the corn seemed overcooked. The beef shank was delicious and there’s salsas were pretty good although I had to ask for a chopped up pepper to add to my calendar erase dish

Ordered bacon breakfast burritos and they came with absolutely zero pieces of bacon. I would say they just gave me the wrong burritos except they literally had bacon written on the foil. The green chili was good.
