The best dunkin donuts shop in Berkshire county is the Dalton ave location. The staff is, by far, the most polite and respectful staff. This location happens to also be the quickest with taking your order and receiving your food in ample time. I live closer to 2 other locations yet I will walk an extra half mile just to go to the Dalton ave location.

. Their coffe hasnt been very good for a few years now and the food has never been all that great to begin with. Maybe its just me or maybe they switched up where they buy the beans from but it not as good of coffee as it was few years ago. Price is a bit high considering the quality.

Last night me and my partner had placed a mobile order for convenience purposes because we saw they closed in 45 minutes. We make our way into the store, wait for our drinks, after about 5 minutes the worker with (pink hair, piercings) places the drinks on the counter and just says: “i’m assuming this is the mobile order” in a very passive aggressive/condescending manner. Keep in mind, we hadn’t said a word to this worker, she didn’t even say hello when we walked through the door, and blatantly ignored us, until placing our drinks on the counter and walking over to the other customer waiting to order. WHEN she gets to this other customer, she quietly mumbles something under her breath about me and my partner TO a customer and we didn’t even say a SINGLE word to this girl (cause she didn’t even acknowledge us), and didn’t cause a hard time. we actually placed the order on the app so it was faster and it’d be ready, once we arrived.
I think it’s extremely unnecessary and EXTREMELY unprofessional to have a worker that is rude and passive aggressive to customers.
Absolutely disappointed in our experience.

i placed and picked up a mobile order last night, oct 7 a little over half an hour before closing. when we got into the store, we stood around waiting for about five minutes before the person behind the counter noticed/acknowledged us. they kinda glared at my partner and i and said “im assuming this is the walk in??” while roughly putting out drinks on the counter. my partner and i kinda looked at each other because we couldn’t believe the attitude we were given despite placing the mobile order to be more convenient for the employee(s). We grabbed our drinks and started walking toward the door when we overheard the employee cursing about us to another customer who had walked in around the same time as us, saying something along the lines of “im so tired of this shit”, and more that i couldn’t hear. both the other customer and the employee kinda glared at us while my partner and i were walking out. first and last dunkin experience. unbelievable.

This place gets busy but it’s because it’s the best dunkin in town. They always get the portions correct for the beverages so they taste like they should. Top notch employees that are working hard and well organized. Definitely my favorite part of the day!

Well normally I enjoy this location. I asked the person about the loaded wake up wrap, and was told it was a great choice, and was told what was on it.. Not once did they say anything about a Chipotle cheese to be added on it. Not a good choice for a 6 year old child with allergies. Then I went back into the store to grab more sugar packets and the young man behind the counter acknowledged my request and blatantly disregarded me and went to grab ice instead. I had to wait 10 mins or close to it for a young woman to grab me 2 sugar packets. I guess for now on ill wait for a different shift before I return. The ones working today need to be trained in hospitality.

We come here often, the line gets pretty long for the drive thru, which I think is a combination of volume and slow service. Today we were given loaded hash browns with cold cheese on top. I mean cold from the fridge, we could feel the cold through the container. Employees were super polite and took steps to correct the mistake as soon as we asked to have it fixed. I think they just scooped it out, heated it up and put it back in because there was still some cold cheese in there but I was able to mix it around and it wasn’t that big a deal.
