I work at the mall. Came to order the Wednesday special at the start of my break, they told them to come back in about 5 minutes and it would be ready. Came back to the rice sitting in the container on the top counter getting cold. 20 minutes went by, 4 people were served before my platter was even finished and the chicken was still not done. Asked how much longer, they said it’s almost ready as they put a slop pile on the grill that would at least add another 10 minutes to the time I had already been waiting. They asked me if I still wanted my platter, told them yes even though I would no time to eat now as I had to get back to work. The cashier then forcefully made me take a refund instead and tried to give me back less than what I paid. I don’t trust any food when it’s been sitting out like that. I have a stomach condition and can get very sick from eating food that’s been sitting out in the open. I feel worried and scared that a place of food service would allow someone to leave their establishment with cold and uncooked food. How can I trust a place like that to eat at with that kind of service.

i was there today at dinner time, for the special Wednesday deal 6.99 chicken teriyaki… for the food quality and this price, hell yeah !!! they was pretty busy, but after 10 -15 min , i got my food fresh cook and delicious!!!! the lady are very kind, the chef are nice they ask me if i want extra sauce and stuff. i will definitely come back !!!

Ordered a California roll to snack on but it was more like a cucumber roll. There was barely any crabmeat. I do enjoy the chicken teriyaki but I would not recommend ordering any sushi from here.
