I got the vampire chicken nuggets were warm and I had to go back up because I never got my BBQ sauce with my meal. Also the fries were cold and warm also the lemonade was watered down. One worker wasn’t wearing not wearing gloves and everyone was wearing hats, but the hair was hanging out of the hats.

Order #1. Was a number 9 with add of onion and cheese, chicken not hot. Add cold coffee but I did not ask for cold, I wanted hot coffee. Fries not hot.
Order #2. Vampire nuggets, children was not hot. Fries not hot. Asked for BBQ sauce, it was not given, had to go back for BBQ sauce.
Floors throughout the restaurant were filthy. Dirt and debris.
Man’s room was disgusting dirty.
Workers behind the counter: Men with long hair hanging below their hats and past their ears. No hairnet. Women hair and ponytail no hairnet. Everybody wearing rubber gloves except for one guy who handling food loading Drive-Thru carryout bags without gloves.

Waited 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then food was rung up wrong (after repeating my order 3 times) and had to be remade. Everyone was moving at sloth speed.

Almost didn’t pick up my food after seeing the state of the bathroom. If the don’t clean the bathroom, do the wash their hands before making your food?? Hard to see how nasty it was by the picture, but there were stains all over the walls and the smell was aweful.

I’ve been to this location several times. Every time I’ve gone inside, it’s been empty or almost empty, but every single table has had some amount of crumbs and grime on it. Drink station is usually a mess, and there is a good chance the ketchup pump is empty. You can imagine how this applies to bathroom cleanliness.
