Worst food ever. All the food looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Nothing looked fresh, taco meat, boneless chicked,had no flavor, not one item had the “that looks good factor, all the food had an odd color to it. The potatoes were the only decent item. Even the desert bar was bad, dry brownies, ice cream had off color and no taste.The salad bar was the only decent items and that even looked neglected by staff. Girls were nice but that is it. The flow of the restaurant of how to get your food were was non existent. Confusing. Had not been to a Ponderosa in 20 yrs and will never go again. Sorry. Paid a lot of money for garbage.

mashed potatoes were cold and crusty, chicken was rock hard, all in all food was terrible. Salad was the only thing that was fresh! Service was ok, girls were talking about their drama and cursing back and forth at one another.
