If you have good taste in subs, and want to stop going to subway, go to the Glastonbury Jersey mikes. If you hit it at the right hour, you can get a freshly made bread. Their meat is always fresh, and the people working there are so nice. 5 stars, become a sub above today

Been to a couple Jersey mikes, Loved my experience here very organized and service is great especially during their rush. Although it takes awhile for hot subs during peak hours, still Definitely worth taking a 15 minute drive for me.

While the steak and cheese is phenomenal, the time to get your order is often incredibly long. I’ve ordered takeout through the app many times in the last 2 years and they’ve consistently done the same thing each time; tell me to show up at a specific time (15+ minutes in the future) and then make me wait an additional 20+ minutes for my order after arriving at the store at the established time. It’s reasonable to expect to wait a bit if you order in person, but it’s absurd to have a mobile order with a pickup time that effectively means nothing. Try the Rocky Hill location as an alternative, they fulfill orders in the expected amount of time.

This is the 3rd time in a row that my pick-up order is completely wrong. Why do I even order what I want if I’m just going to receive whatever the people working there feel like giving me?! Really upsetting. I work full time and have 5 minutes to grab something for lunch. I cannot just come back to the “restaurant” to correct this. Paying too much for trash that I didn’t order/ don’t even want!! How hard is it when it’s literally spelled out in front of you?! The worst Jersey Mikes in the state which is asinine, never will I return to Glastonbury location.

Guy who made my food was awful. Super slow, spent more time talking to staff rather than making the sandwich, it was like watching someone make a sandwich in frame by frame motion, spoke super soft so I couldn’t hear him. The staff acts like it’s a hang out not a job, I get you’re in there for hours and talking happens but work first talk later. They need a new crew that doesn’t act like people don’t have things to do besides watch them talk about non sense. Food was good

WoW great quality food,and service. Subway just lost a customer. Just for point of reference at Least twice the meat but cut right in front of you. Wife had meat ball delicious. I had the super sub Mike’s way excellent. Got them pretty much same time. Considering the place was packed we moved through the line fast. Definitely will be coming back. Again and again.

SHAME on me. My first visit and now my last visit. I stood in front of the guy taking my order and the guy who made the order but in honesty I didn’t watch him with a supervisory eye. I order a large turkey and provolone Mike’s way no juice and a mini turkey club. (I really wanted the crispy bacon) the large sandwich was for my sister who insisted on a Jersey Mike’s. We’ll no tomato on the Large and no bacon on the mini. So disappointed. The place was clean, the staff were friendly but the overpriced $35 sandwiches with missing items. Shame on me. I didn’t check the sandwich that night, I had packed it for lunch the next day. So it was the next day I saw the missing bacon. It’s 100% their fault for missing items but i should have watched their every step and inspect before I left. No I wont go back.

Came here a few weeks ago. The staff here are so nice, they answered any questions we had. I wasn’t a big fan of the food though, the staff did a good job at preparing it but it just wasn’t for me. I’m just leaving this review to comment on how nice and welcoming they were! Good customer service.
