I ordered the 8 piece meal original on Feb. 07, 2026 @ 330 pm and paid $33 dollars. The chicken was rubbery, burnt and tasted like the grease they fried it in was a month old. Lesson learned the hard want, very disappointed but the lady working the drive thru was very friendly.

Terrible all around. I ordered boneless chicken wings and bone in chicken, and was told to pull into a parking spot to wait. This spot was behind me so I had to do an awkward three point turn with cars right behind me in the drive through line to get to it. I was not told how long I would be waiting, which is usual if it will be a long time. It was 25 minutes. When I got my order the bone in chicken was fine but the boneless wings were inedible. It was obvious the sauce was put on when I first ordered, 25 minutes ago, and now they were cold and soggy. The sauce itself was awful, BBQ. It was the worst BBQ I have ever had. When I got a email asking for my opinion on my order I gave it. I was asked if I wanted to be contacted and said yes but no one did, leading me to conclude that no one cared about my bad experience. I gave the wings to my dog, btw, because I don’t believe in wasting food.

This is the 2nd time I have come through the drive through and haven’t gotten what I ordered. Each time the young lady repeats your order twice and you get to the window and get something totally different. I ordered 3 wings and a biscuit only. The lady repeats it back saying original. I responded 3 wings and a biscuit crispy, she asked again 3 wings and biscuit original right ma’am? I said no crispy. She said drive around. Got to the window , paid the money and drove off. Look in bag, there is one original wing, one original breast and one spicy breast. No where near my order. I think I have had enough of KFC for the rest of the year.SMH!

I got the 20 bucket meal and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered extra crispy and got soggy chicken even found a hair in the chicken thru the whole bucket away. I didn’t even let my dogs eat it So if you come to greenwood Mississippi don’t eat at the kfc is nasty.

I haven’t been to KFC in a long time, but today, we stopped in to get a quick bite, and it was really good and fresh. My husband got a pot pie, and I ordered the nuggets and fries. He had to wait to eat his because it was so hot, lol. The nuggets were hot too and really good chicken, not overcooked. The staff are friendly and courteous. The dining area was clean. I have no complaints.

Pulled up to the drive through and no one took our order so we drove to the window. We told her the speaker may be out because we had been sitting there a while. She took our order and my food was so cold the cheese wouldn’t melt on the famous bowl and there was no corn in it. We asked her for KFC sauce and she gave us 4 ranches. Need a manager to manage this store!! Too many kids playing.

Been here 3 times in the last month. First time, service was slow around lunch time but the food was good. 2nd time, the service was extremely slow, and they came screwing people’s orders up. I waited 15 minutes in line (was the 3rd customer in line when I got there) just for the line to move up 1 person. I walked out because I already grew impatient, and I haven’t even ordered. The staff was rude to the people that had ordered. 3rd visit, I went through the drive thru trying to order mash potatoes and gravy. I have a sore throat, so I went KFC against my better judgement. Nobody was in the drive-thru line. I had to tell the lady my order 3 times, and she got an attitude. She told me it was my fought the order was wrong because I didn’t speak up. The lady was so disrespectful. I NEVER want to go back to that KFC. Service is awful.

This is the 3 time I’ve ordered a 16 piece meal and I either have to wait or they only have dark meat. I think you know people are going to order meals and because of the price we shouldn’t have to wait or settle for just dark meat. $57 to not get what you ordered!!!!!!!

This is my fathers favorite restaurant whenever we go out even when we’re just shopping he’ll say take me to KFC he always take something home I believe he is there three times a week food is always hot and he’s always saying how good it is so I had to try it today and sure enough everything was so hot and fresh the experience was great the line wasn’t long and they got my order right. That’s really important to me plus the price was right
