Called in at 5:45…ordered a medium pizza for takeout. Told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Got there at 6:30. They couldn’t find my order at first but then told me it would be another 15 minutes. I ran an errand then came back and sat down for a couple minutes and then asked if my pizza was close to being ready…after pressing the point I was told that they gave it away. An hour and a half for nothing. Completely mismanaged. Their clientele is almost strictly door dash.

I ordered two pizzas for my daughter’s sleepover last night. One pizza was fine the other had a portion missing. I paid for delivery and when I called to explain the problem, I got a rude and disrespectful response. They told me that they didn’t believe me and I would have to come in to get it. I wasn’t trying to get a free pizza and told them that they could have the pizza back. The manager did not care, I will never use this location again.

When you walk in there’s nobody there to greet you usually they are huddled in a group in the kitchen or off to the side where drivers come in at I generally stand at the register for up to 5 minutes just to give my name I order my food through the app the past three times I have ordered I usually wait an extra 10 minutes past the pickup time to pick up my food only to be told that it is still going to take anywhere from 15 – 45 minutes. This place use to have excellent staff now it’s just gone down hill and fast. I doubt I will be back anytime soon

2/3 pizzas are disgusting! Hard as a rock! Called and got hung up on! I drove 25 minutes away as the closest one is closed && they want me to bring it back on New Year’s Eve after driving already there once! Called and waited on the phone for a long time to get hung

Ms. Janie… was hands down one of the best customer services I’ve had in a pizza spot in a long time. When I walked in I was greeting with a smile. I was told about the special and deals that was going on. She just made my lunch better after being a little down with her smile and our laughs Thanks ms page!!! For being GREAT!

They have gone down hill at this location. Past few times our orders have seemed rushed though or not cared for. This time they didn’t cook the pizza long enough. One pizza you can tell via the cheese, the other one is just gross and coming apart.

At our friends house and the wrong order was delivered BUT Georgia saved the day!! She was very apologetic AND brought back our correct order!!! Very sweet and friendly

I was very disappointed in a pizza that I ordered for delivery in August. It was dry and inedible. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Jamie, regarding the pizza, and I was informed that I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days. It has been over a month, and I have yet to receive a refund. No honor.

Who is the store manager there????? She’s very rude to her employees, customers, and doordasher’s as well as uber drivers. Every time you walk in there she has an attitude and acts like she’s miserable making everyone else around her miserable. When you walk in she’s always on a personal calls telling her business to the world to the world and there’s always long wait time whether you’re a customer or delivery driver. I’ve walked into Pizza Hut multiple times and caught her talking rude and down on her employees and the employees just take it because they need jobs. If the district manager or anyone higher up reads this because I already know that (old grumpy lady) the store manager will read it please fire her because that old grumpy lady is not people person and she doesn’t need to be working with the public at all. Please old grumpy lady apologize to your employees and start appreciating them for the work they do and stop being rude to everyone that walks in the door. Customer service will get you a long way in this line of work

We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, and breadsticks for friends and family tonight and were ready to enjoy the night and meal, Needless to say we all started eating our food, except the host…she sat down eat and took a bite of a breadstick and felt a unfamiliar texture in her mouth…After some investigation she realized that there was multiple hairs attached to the breadstick….she had just taken a bite of!!! Immediately we got our receipt and called the local store, to inform them of what happened and only was greeted with rude attitude, complete ignorance and disrespect, not an ounce of customer service from their so called “manager” named Zach Ice, If that’s even his real name, rather than try to eradicate the situation he argued and offered no help! Do not eat at this establishment and less you want furry food! We are contacting corporate in the morning!!!
